Jason, dedicated owner of the Floor Coverings International Germantown. Jason’s journey has been marked by a lifelong dedication to customer service and a passion for home improvement, cultivated during his tenure in Retail Management since the age of 19.
Three years ago, Jason found his calling at FCI, driven by a desire to fulfill his passions for customer service and home improvement. He relishes the opportunity to assist customers find flooring solutions that last a lifetime, striving to ensure complete satisfaction.
Outside of work, Jason finds joy in coaching his kids’ sports teams and if luck were to strike with a lottery win, Jason envisions starting a charter fishing business, blending his love for the ocean with his entrepreneurial spirit.
Jason wholeheartedly believes you won’t find a better business than FCI to work with or work for. He embodies dedication and continuous improvement, making him an invaluable leader.
Dan brings a wealth of experience in sales, customer service, and retail to his role as a Design Associate at Floor Coverings International. A North Milwaukee native originally from Colgate, Dan currently resides in Jackson since 2018.
With a background that includes a BA in Finance and Marketing from UW-Whitewater, four years in sales at Grand Appliance, and nearly five years at Kohl’s corporate, Dan’s extensive experience has honed his skills in understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional service. He believes that his sales expertise has prepared him for this exciting new chapter with FCI.
Outside of work, Dan is passionate about golfing and takes pride in maintaining the greenest yard on the block. He enjoys traveling with his wife and cherishes quiet evenings spent around a fire or enjoying movie nights on their patio.
With his dedication to customer satisfaction and his enthusiasm for creating beautiful spaces, Dan is eager to bring his talents to the Floor Coverings International team and help clients turn their flooring dreams into reality.
Christie, our dynamic Marketing Manager hailing from Appleton, Wisconsin. Christie’s journey began in Milwaukee but found her roots in the quaint town of Lola before spreading her wings in pursuit of knowledge at Lawrence University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Economics.
With over 15 years of marketing prowess under her belt, Christie’s passion lies in helping businesses thrive responsibly. Her serendipitous journey led her to Floor Coverings International in March 2024, where she found herself drawn to the challenge of fueling growth for a diverse array of businesses within our franchise network.
Ask Christie her favorite word, and she’ll tell you it’s “recombobulate,” a delightful term that perfectly captures her knack for putting things back together. But delve a little deeper, and she’ll share with you the German gem “Waldeinsamkeit,” encapsulating the tranquil beauty of solitude in nature.
For Christie, the most inspiring aspect of her role is witnessing the growth and development of those around her, nurturing them to become the best versions of themselves. When she’s not busy strategizing, you’ll likely find her indulging in sweet treats or sipping on a strong libation, preferably a whiskey old fashioned—sweet, to unwind while lost in the pages of a book.
