Our experience with FCI was wonderful. Dan, our Design Associate, was extremely knowledgeable and really listened to what we were looking for. There was no high pressure sales pitch and we were not rushed to make any decisions. The in home consult made selecting the right materials and color so much easier. Jef, our installer, is an incredibly hard worker and did a great job. Alex, the project manager, checked in throughout the installation to make sure everything was going according to plan. I’m very happy that we went with FCI and have recommended them friends and family.

I worked with Dan late last year and would 100% recommend him as a sales consultant and Floor Coverings International in general. I started getting a quote from Home Depot but ended up not completing the quote process with them after someone came to measure, I asked a pretty basic flooring question, and he said, I'm just here to measure... you'll have to call for that. Back to Floor Coverings International... They replaced the entire 2nd floor rainbow of carpets we had with a beautiful luxury vynil plank. Dan was professional and patient with me as we worked together to narrow down the options. He helped me look at different samples against our color scheme, in different lighting, etc. In the end, we found the perfect floor. I can't speak to the installation process too much since we weren't living in house when the installation took place. However, the install looks great and the area was left tidy post install. I am now in the middle of working with Dan/Floor Coverings International AGAIN for our 1st floor. If you are looking for the best customer service and want to find the perfect floor for your home, look no further!

From the first call I made (which was answered on a Sunday evening!) to the final inspection our experience was flawless. There was very little dust and great care was given to taping off areas that were being worked on. We really appreciated the specialized knowledge our team brought to our 107 year old home. We highly recommend this company.

They were very patient with us taking our lazy sweet time choosing a floor for our kitchen. Dan came several times to show samples. Installation was really good, well planned and nicely executed. We’re very happy with the whole experience.

After receiving a couple quotes, we went with FCI and we are happy we did! Our flooring looks great, especially around the fireplace which I had concerns about. Dan was a responsive sales rep who ended up making a couple trips out to ensure we were ready for the install. Alex was an efficient installer who completed the room under a day! Highly recommend this duo!

Had our kitchen floor replaced, Dan our salesman was easy and awesome to work with. Jeffery the installer busted butt pulling old flooring, preparing and installing the final product. Will use again
