Toby and his wife Amy have owned FCI Vancouver for almost 20 years, and most recently, took home Franchise of the Year for Floor Coverings International! They live in Kalama, WA, and have raised two amazing children. Taylor is now 22, and Todd is 19. When Toby is not in the office, he loves to play golf, hunt, fish, and travel with his family.
Operations Manager/Local Marketing Manager
Jordyn Ostermeyer joined our team in February of 2023. She comes from a management role at her family’s restaurant, Dough Boys Pizza in Vancouver, WA. She enjoys being outside with her husband Karl, her baby boy Bennet and their two dogs, going off roading, fishing, and hiking.
Charles Marquis stepped into our Project Coordinator role last year, after being an installer for FCI. He has 37 years of flooring installation experience, and his specialty is Tile setting! His role has significantly helped the process of our teams’ projects! Charlie is originally from the East Coast, and moved to Vancouver, WA to be closer to his family. In his free time, you can find him with his family outside exploring the Northwest, grabbing a cold beer at a small Pub, and playing with his grandchildren!
Alex Kalachik has been an installer with FCI Vancouver for three years now. He runs a flooring company called Alpha Structure, and his team is well admired for their hard work, timeliness, and creativity! We are very proud of the work they do for us. Alex is originally from the Ukraine, and currently lives in Vancouver, WA with his wife Marianna, and their 3 sons! In his free time, he likes to travel with his family, going up to the mountains, and going jet skiing in the summer.
Sales Manager
Tyler Chandler has been a Design Associate with FCI Vancouver for five years! This last year, he was promoted to our Sales Manager, and has made major strides for our company, with record-breaking sales and long-lasting customer interactions! Tyler lives in Vancouver, WA and when he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend. You can also find him on the golf course, outdoors with his friends and family, or anywhere with good food and beer!
Design Associate Jay Young has been with our company for almost a year now and is officially operating as one of our top DA’s! Jay comes from a sales background and has years of in-home experience with customers with his prior job. Jay is hardworking, driven and always has a smile on his face. When he is not selling beautiful floors, you can find him spending lots if time with his family. He enjoys being outside with his grandkids, traveling and spending time in his backyard oasis. We are thrilled to have him a part of our team and can’t wait to continue seeing the positive impact he makes on our customers and our company as a whole!
