Overall our experience with Floor Coverings International was not awesome. The workmanship is ok, not good and definitely not great. FCI was the company we were matched with via our insurance company. The first time someone was supposed to come to our house, he never showed up. Never called, never texted. Zero communication. My wife called to see what had happened and we were brushed along to the next rep, no explanation, barely an apology. Next rep started strong, helped us order tiles for the shower and floor and then basically went silent for a month. When I touched base, he passed us off to someone else who had scheduled our work. Never heard from that rep again. The workers were nice, but we had the same experience others here have had. They didn't cover a thing, left behind an immense amount of dust and white chalky stuff all over the floors, dressers, counters, door knobs, sinks and tubs in other bathrooms. One day I even asked if they could clean up a bit more, and while they attempted that day, they left a mess to clean up every day after. They even left our toilet seat up twice! Upon “completion” of the project, we found that they had 1) not left the extra materials behind 2) not finished the job, we had to call them back to regrout some areas and replace a tile they chipped. Additionally, upon cleaning up their mess, we noticed that they had damaged our bathtub and left several saw marks in the cement in our driveway. These were hidden by the mess they left behind and we only found them upon clean-up. I would not recommend this company. They have not been easy or pleasant to work with, their workmanship is subpar and they do not care what they do to your property.

The full experience was convenient and smooth. The initial in-home consultation with mobile showroom made it easy to quickly come up with a plan and select the best flooring materials for my needs and budget. Install was scheduled promptly and the team worked with me to flex to my schedule. In the end the job was very well done, including a great job cleaning up so there was nothing left for me to do. Highly recommend!

I couldn’t be happier about Floor Covering International-Vancouver’s work on my home. Their estimator was informative, as well as very good at listening to what I wanted. They had a good selection of the quality of plank I wanted, were quick to deliver and accurate in the amount of product they ordered and brought. Best of all was the installation team. Mark’s team were the best I’ve ever worked with. They knew I was under a huge time constraint and got the job done even though they went past normal hours. I recommend them with no reservations!

Was not a good experience. It took a long time to receive, when he arrived he said he couldn’t install because of the furniture. The order did say that furniture needed be moved. He left the house and didn’t call his office to see what could be done. I called and was very upset. Communication was poor. I will not recommend your company.

I went with this company because of the high ratings on Google, but my experience was very frustrating. I took time off work 8-10 and was told they would be here at 8 am. At 9 am, I called and was told the installer had changed and they would be here 9:30-10. I finally had to get a friend to come over and wait because they were here after 10. I was also looking for the source of a leak, but was unable to explain that, as none of them spoke English. Apparently, the one who did was out that day. Then I realized they hadn't installed the vapor barrier. The flooring looks great, and removing the tile in the bathroom was a very labor intensive job, but my experience overall was terrible.

Hardwood floors were completed on time and within budget. Installation team was fantastic and very skilled. Randy did an excellent job working with us to scope out floor, and Nick and Jake were artisans in laying out the flooring and finishing it. Highly recommend for hardwood flooring.

Very happy. Nice installers did my kitchen and dining room and it's really nice now. They pulled carpet out of the dining area and leveled out the seamed area properly. Very well.done installation and nice product. Can reccommend.

We love our new floors!!! Everyone we have worked with has been friendly and helpful. Tolan answered all of our questions and did thorough job putting together our project. The installation crew with Sam and Igor were the best!!! I can't believe how quickly they completed the work. All that was left for me to do was a simple dusting and putting my lightweight things back into place. We were so impressed that we are planning on FCI coming back soon to do the flooring in our lower level,. Can't wait to work with them again.

Had a very good experience and are happy with the high quality of the floor materials. New flooring and installation are expensive, so choosing this company assured us that their very good reputation was worth the choice. Every one involved were friendly and professional both by phone and in person. Randy the installer was on time and demonstrated a lot of care in moving furniture and clean up when finished.

We recently had LVP installed in our downstairs. The install guys were absolutely AMAZING! Super professional, hard working, friendly, on time , knowledgeable, and great with our dogs. We LOVE the end result. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for flooring .
