My yard debris can was beyond disgusting and I didnt want to tackle the cleaning myself. I was very glad to see there is a cleaning service to rely on. I have a quarterly service and have had 3 cleanings so far. I am very pleased with the service.

We had an exceptional experience with every individual we worked with at FCI. We were searching for something very specific, and they were the only company we consulted that not only had it available, but made the process seamless—no unnecessary hurdles or complications. Tyler was our first introduction to FCI, and he made an outstanding first impression. He was knowledgeable, approachable, and truly set the tone for the entire experience. After ordering larger samples, he returned a second time so my husband could see the selections I had narrowed down. The process remained easy and well-supported from start to finish. Working with Danielle in manufacturing was absolutely flawless. She was incredibly responsive, proactive, and kept me informed of even the smallest details and updates. It was truly a pleasure working with her. Finally, Roberto and Raphael handled the installation, and their work exceeded all expectations. Roberto is a true master of his craft. We selected a patterned carpet that required careful manipulation to achieve a seamless flow up the stairs and into the bedroom and landing. It was a complex installation, but the end result is nothing short of stunning—more beautiful than we could have imagined. I am beyond thrilled with our new flooring and the entire experience. I have already referred several neighbors and friends to FCI, and they will absolutely be my first call when we are ready to complete the remaining rooms. Thank you for delivering five-star service and exceptional craftsmanship.

the project coordination was terrible. there was an excessive amount of material left over when completed(no credit issued). Work that was promised wasn't completed.

Floor Coverings International put in laminate flooring upstairs and downstairs in my new 2500 sq ft house, and it came out really beautiful. They gave me lots of options to choose from, lots of good information, and did a really great job on the install.

I had a fantastic experience with Floor Coverings International. I was able to schedule the free estimate/walk-thru within 24 hours of contact. Tyler was knowledgeable and helpful answering all my questions since I had never had floors replaced before. Materials had to be ordered, but the job was started within 2-3 weeks of the estimate (including some time while I was shopping around initially). it could have been done sooner had I gotten back on the first option for scheduling, but that was my fault and only had to be pushed a couple of days - so their turnaround time is excellent. The project lasted two days, and it looks incredible. Danielle & Jordan were really helpful with coordination and checking in throughout the process, and getting back to me with questions. Alex and his whole team were efficient, helpful, and really great to work with. They made quick work of moving the heavier items around, put in new moulding, and had no issues I was aware of with furniture/toilet/caulking/etc. In moving my washer/dryer, there was a small piece that got bumped and began to leak when I ran a load of laundry. They were out the next day to look at it, and went over and above to make sure it was working again. I was so grateful since that is something I would have no idea how to fix or what to look for. I really appreciated the over and above effort, and overall had a great experience with the whole team.

My salesperson was Chase ,who brought samples to my home on time for our appointment. Chase was very respectful and polite, I felt no pressure or hurry as he made numerous trips back and forth to his van for the samples. I was pleased with the variety and prices of the Vinyl planks I viewed . I got an onsite estimated ,which I believe was very fair, I financed a portion of the job, which also was very easy to set up. My installer Egor, arrived on time ,also very respectful . He ask me a view question about direction , I wanted the planks ,and then got to work. A 12X12 room , took him about 3 hours. He was willing to go to Home Depot to find me an alternative floor trim, to perhaps match the floor better, but what he had was fine. I just appreciated the extra effort he was willing to make for insure I was satisfied . He cleaned up ,and I was ready to enjoy my new floor. Floor Coverings provided and excellent start to finish experience . I would recommend to everyone
