We used FCI Lakeway for a home we purchased in Lakeway. We had them replace the old carpets in three bedrooms and closets. Isidoro Jr and Sr were the carpet technicians dispatched. They did an amazing job and blazingly fast. Kevin Temple, the owner of FCI actually was on site for the initial walk through to answer any questions. This is a super competitive business so when I called around to get estimates I paid attention to customer service. Heather who answered my initial call is what sealed the deal for me. We will use FCI again for future jobs and recommend them highly.

Great experience from start to finish with beautiful results! Shelley's a great listener and quickly had a sense of the look I was going for and made suggestions that were lovely and matched my tastes. Kevin was patient and understanding with delays I had due to other work being done and Reuben and his installation crew were extremely meticulous with every tile laid and I couldn't be happier with how sleek everything turned out. It's very rare to see a group of people as passionate about their what they do and who take this level of pride and attention to detail in their work and I feel fortunate to have had them help me with this project. Hands down a 10/10 and would highly recommend.

We had a great experience with our carpet installation from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and did an excellent job. The carpet looks beautiful, the installation was clean and seamless, and they made sure everything was perfect before leaving. We’re extremely happy with the finished result and would definitely use them again!

Kevin's team was amazing to work with. Their customer service and regular communication made for a smooth, successful project that included coordinating various schedules of carpet removal, wood floor refinishing, pausing for painters to work and then installing new carpet. Joe did an incredible job sanding down engineered hardwood floors to an original finish without hitting plywood. Top notch work!

I set out to install engineered hardwood in five rooms and four closets in my home and made a list of possible vendors, intending to interview each of them. In no particular order, I met first with Shelley Becker with Floor Coverings International Lakeway and decided almost immediately that I didn't need to talk with anyone else. Shelley didn't hard sell, gave me excellent advice, offered different price options, and worked with me to find wood that met my expectations and still didn't break the bank. Company CEO, Kevin Temple came to my house personally before the installation and brought the project manager to walk through the space and answer any of my questions. The next Monday, Manuel's crew arrived at my house and began work. I was able to sleep in my own bed that night and by mid-day on Tuesday, they were done! I was astounded at the efficiency of the crew, appreciated their courtesy, and couldn't be happier with my new floors. They also treated my great-grandmother's antique roll top desk (the only thing in my house I'd run through flames to save) with kid gloves! The wood I bought was more expensive than I had originally intended, but it was perfect. You will not be disappointed with the customer service and quality workmanship of Floor Coverings International Lakeway.

We replaced existing carpet in our master bedroom and study with porcelain tile. The installers were fantastic and very professional. The finished project was beyond our expectations. They were very neat. They cleaned up each day. The furniture was put back carefully. All in all, it was a wonderful job.
