This was my first experience having our floors replaced. FCI replaced all of our first floor flooring which was a big job. It only took them three days to replace the molding subfloor, level everything, then install the flooring. Both Parker and Adam were easy to work with. This is the only team I will use from now on.

Couldn’t believe how quick and professional the crew was! Knocked out 1000 sqft in about 6 hrs. Adam Sirface did a great job prepping the job and really went the extra mile to make sure we picked the right color. What a stellar company!

We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International of Metro Nashville. From our initial contact with both Parker Higgins and Adam Surface, they went out of their way to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Adam's insight to tile options, and his very personal demeanor were a key factor in selecting them as our provider. He met my wife multiple times at his selected tile shop to make sure she was happy with her selection of tile. The process from initial contact, through proposal to the ordering process was incredibly smooth. We'll definitely be using them again.

Parker was very professional and very nice. Parker stayed in touch with me throughout the install. The team did a wonderful job! My floors are beautiful!!! They were busy the whole time and got done quicker than i thought. Will definitely use them again! I had laminate floor and a tile floor. I love them both!!!

FCI was a godsend for me. I had a difficult situation with my floors that required an outside the box approach to remediating the situation. Parker and Adam were incredibly professional in the beginning process of helping me evaluate my options. They cleanly laid out all my potential options and I felt no pressure at all. One of my biggest concerns was how their team would behave and perform when in my home. Their team was incredibly friendly and thoughtful of my belongings while in my home. Their team was gentle with my furniture and my breakable belongings while moving things around to redo my floors. The biggest takeaway for me, and while I’ll consistently go back to FCI, was that I had gotten 3 or 4 quotes. FCI came in about 20% less than my other estimates. And ultimately, I was willing to pay more for better service. But the fact that my floors look amazing, the customer service was immaculate, and they were better priced made it a 100/10 decision. Thank you Adam and Parker!

Parker and Adam were so lovely to work with! We had so many beautiful options to choose from, and the outcome was better than I could’ve asked for. Installation was quick, efficient, and flawless. You also can’t beat the price for this level of service! Everyone was professional and friendly, and I will certainly be using them again!
