If you are looking for an exceptional experience from start to finish, I highly recommend Floor Coverings International of Metro Nashville. From our initial call to schedule a quote, Parker was professional, attentive, and thorough. He brought an extensive selection of options and even ordered larger samples so we could take time to make a confident final decision. Throughout the installation process, BJ’s communication was outstanding. He and his team went above and beyond to ensure every one of our requests was met. While we were initially nervous about completing flooring throughout the entire home, they made the process seamless and stress-free—and the results exceeded our expectations. Even after installation, their commitment to customer satisfaction continued. They returned a few days later to repair flooring we had accidentally scratched while moving furniture back in. This was, without question, the best experience we’ve had with any company. We will absolutely recommend them and plan to use them again for any future flooring needs.
