Johnny is one of the owners and founders of this local franchise. Having worked in the home services industry over the years, he found that there can be a real shortage of quality options when it comes to home services. He and George partnered together to bring the top-rated in-home flooring company to the Pee Dee and Grand Strand regions so that customers can have the best quality, value, and service brought to their door. Johnny enjoys international travel with his wife and family. He is active in local professional organizations, events, and activities, including local service organizations and community service through local non-profits.
George is Co-Owner of Floor Coverings International of Florence, SC. He and his family have called the Florence area home for over two decades, thanks to the entrepreneurial spirit of his parents bringing him and Johnny to the Pee Dee area in their early years. George has years of experience in the home decor industry. George started a window treatment business with Johnny in 2018, where they provide innovative and traditional designs for homeowners. As a result, they noticed a clear opportunity in the local flooring industry for best-in-class customer experiences. This led him and Johnny to open FCI, serving from the Pee Dee area to the Grand Strand of SC. When not working with his team to create memorable flooring experiences, George loves spending time with his family, attending his kids' numerous activities, and traveling to new places.
Ray joined the Floor Coverings International team in 2024 as our office manager after retirement as a 21+ year Military veteran. New to flooring but not new to customer service, he has enjoyed working with clients as the proprietor of a fine antique dealer since 2012. His appreciation for style and traditional decor has built a philosophy of connecting clients to the right products, and service-centric enthusiasm comes through in all his interactions. He thoroughly enjoys being able to contribute to the personalized experience our clients receive when working with the Floor Coverings International Team. In his off time, Ray enjoys cultivating memories with his wife, Beth, and their extended family and friends over shared food experiences, local events, and travel.
Brea joined Floor Coverings International of Florence, SC, in 2025. She brought with her extensive experience in the home services industry. She helps you design and choose the appropriate flooring for your space. She arrives at the home in her Mobile Showroom stocked with 3,000+ samples and helps you narrow things down so as not to overwhelm you with options and ensure that you make the best possible decision for your home. She aims to provide a consistent 5-star experience that makes the process simple and seamless. Brea loves spending time with her family, enjoys music, and is active in local professional organizations.
