Before I chose FCI I met with and got quotes from 3 other businesses. From the Salesman, price and crew FCI was the best to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend FCI to family and friends.

Our experience with Floor Coverings International of Florence was horrible. They took 2 weeks longer to complete our project than they estimated! The workers did not protect areas of our home by hanging plastic as they said they would. The workers made an inexcusable mess in the areas where they were working and tracked flooring cement all over the place ruining mats and leaving cement on 3 of our slider thresholds. Worse than all this, it was obvious that they were unsupervised and it took confrontation to get the manager to come on sight to review what was happening. I would not utilize this contractor ever again.

They said they are unable to give me what i need. I assume that means they do not do carpeting??? Hopefully i will get other responses. They did contact immediately and on a holiday no less, so I can not be terribly upset with them.

They did a great job and they were trustworthy. I am happy with the result's. Slight misunderstanding with the first install day and time but things happy and I accounted for a few day of install. Over all great work and very happy it’s done. I would recommend this company over all, no one is perfect especially in this heat.
