Evan Schaffner is Owner and President of Floor Coverings International of Quakertown – Sanatoga – BerksMont, PA, helping customers throughout the region improve the beauty and value of their homes and work spaces. Prior to opening Floor Coverings International, Evan enjoyed a successful career as the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience for a major insurance carrier in Philadelphia, where he built programs to redefine Service Excellence for corporate customers and their employees. These values carry forward to FCI, where customer satisfaction remains our single most important core value both locally and nationwide. Evan received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the State University of New York’s Buffalo State University, and his MBA from Hofstra University in New York. Evan and his wife Amy reside in Collegeville with their Bernadoodle, Charlie.

It’s important to note that these warranties generally do not cover regular wear and tear, and their typical duration is up to ten years.
