We had an outstanding experience with Evan and the team at FCI Floors. After we removed a wall in our home, they seamlessly patched our hardwood floors, then sanded and refinished them in a beautiful color that matched our existing floors perfectly—if anything, it looked even better than before. You would never know a wall had ever been there! They also installed carpet in three of our bedrooms, and the craftsmanship was excellent. Everything looks beautiful, and the attention to detail really shows. One thing I especially appreciated was how respectful they were of our home. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of every visit, which made the entire process so much less stressful. From start to finish, working with Evan was incredibly smooth. He shared valuable insights throughout the project, his communication was excellent, and he was always professional, responsive, and easy to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Evan and FCI Floors to any of my friends and family. We are so happy with the results and will absolutely be using them again for future flooring projects.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience replacing the flooring in our home with Evan and his team. I’m big on communication and from the start Evan was responsive and great to work with. He took my vision and brought it to life! We had a huge project replacing every single surface in our home and it was done quickly, efficiently, and beautifully! Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone who cares about your home and nailing your vision! (For reference we had engineered hardwoods installed on our entire lower level and carpet upstairs)

We had an amazing experience from start to finish. They did an incredible job restoring our original hardwood floors, seamlessly patching damaged areas and bringing them back to life with a beautiful new finish. The craftsmanship exceeded our expectations, and the floors look like they’ve always been that way.They also installed new carpeting throughout parts of our home. A special thank you to Evan, who was incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. He was always available to answer questions, offer recommendations, and make sure everything went smoothly. Would rate 6 stars if I could. The company came out really quick - talked through options and education of floors and what I was looking for. Worked with Evan and he really helped me out. He made us feel like our project was top priority, he was on top of everything and the turn around time from picking out the floors to when the floors were installed was so fast! I got carpet and LVP done in my house and my house feels like brand new. Couldn’t reccomend this company any more! Love this place - good group of people over there!

We had our two sets of carpeted stairs replaced with LVP. Evan was great to work with - very communicative and knowledgeable on the different flooring products. Each set of stairs were installed within a couple days of the materials arriving to their store. The guys did a phenomenal job on the install with great attention to detail. I would definitely use them again if needed in the future!

Highly recommend Floor Coverings International Berks - Mont- Sanatoga. Andrew Hyde and his crew did a fantastic job restoring my hardwood floors and installing new flooring.
