Marty and Randy Hatteberg are the owner/operators of Floor Coverings International of the Piedmont Triad. Floor Coverings International was established over 30 years ago in the Triad and Randy and Marty have been owners for nearly 15 years. The centrally located showroom and warehouse is at 330 Pineview Dr., in Kernersville NC 27284. Randy along with our family of skilled Design Associates – Janna Dixon and Drew Davis – bring our mobile showrooms to our clients. Our showrooms are filled with offerings from which our clients select. We propose best options and measure their flooring space. The group in the office is flanked by a great crew of installation experts headed by Ruben, Richard, Luis and crews. Yes! The products showcased in our mobile showroom come with a factory-direct limited warranty. This warranty provided by the manufacturer offers coverage for product defects, ensuring that issues like stains on a stain-resistant carpet are addressed. It’s important to note that these warranties generally do not cover regular wear and tear, and their typical duration is up to ten years.
Many of our Floor Coverings International® locations have local warehouses or storefronts, but visits are usually by appointment only. Most customers browse our products at an on-site consultation. We bring our entire flooring catalog to each appointment, so you can visualize how different materials and designs will look in your unique space.
