I recently had a plank floor installed in my kitchen. I couldn't be happier with the results. It is absolutely beautiful. Everyone who sees it is amazed of the beauty. The shade matches my kitchen table and cabinets. The installers worked very hard and were professional. This is the second time I have had home improvements done by Floor Coverings International. A great company! Highly recommend them.

The team at Floor Coverings International were patient with us as we checked out various other vendors and made our final decision to go with them. They gave us pros and cons on the various flooring options we were looking at. Installation went very well and was completed in 2 days.

I had a great experience with Floor Coverings International in Kernersville. Drew was quick to respond and very helpful to suggest how to repair a damaged wood floor in a house I just purchased. He worked with me for an affordable and fast solution. The repair was perfect and blends right in to the existing flooring. I will definitely use FCI again in the future.

I have done two projects with FCI. The Quality of the Products used and the Expertise of the Installers (Julio, Ruben) - Excellent. Randy is awesome. He is Professional, Knowledgeable, Responsive, and Friendly. He brings a high level of Expertise and Experience that really helped towards creating the look I was after in the Remodel and Renovation Projects I did with them. Marty too is great to work with. Responsive and Friendly.

Maybe they shop stick to flooring!!! There countertops are the worst ! They put wrong color the seams are all cracking, there is no customer service…. Try getting ahold of someone, good luck !!!! Then you’re saposed to get refund because they did not do the work they were paid to do and nothing!!!! They charge you for parts they did not use and still no refund!!!

They are the worst to deal with , wrong counter top , I had to fix several defects they messed up, I been calling and emailed several times and no response, these guy are just out to scam everyone!!!! Stay away!!!!

Our experience with Floor Coverings International for carpet replacement was fantastic! The sales rep was very kind and helpful, and even came out again to our home to show us samples. Also, the installation team did a great job with tear out and installation, as well as clean up. They took the time to listen and ended up finishing earlier than expected. We are glad we chose this company.
