Charles has a passion for helping customers find the flooring they love at a price they can afford. He was drawn to the business because of the unique business model which makes floor shopping easy by bringing the flooring store to his customers. Charles and his wife have lived in Louisville since 1999. Prior to opening FCI Louisville East, Charles worked for Yum! Brands/KFC for 20+ years.
