As first-time homebuyers, we were so excited to see the transformation of our floors before moving into our new home and Charles and his team did not disappoint! Within just three days, our hardwood floors were brought back to their original, classic beauty. The difference was incredible, and we are so thankful we chose them to be part of making our first home feel like home. Their entire team was kind, professional, and incredibly understanding of my schedule as a stay at home mom. They worked with us and were so flexible throughout the process, which made an already busy season so much easier. I love my new flooring from Floor Coverings International Louisville East. I got the Engineered Flooring - NURTURE - Rigid-Core Wood LVP Flooring in Timber throughout my patio home, and it's so pretty. Tony was wonderful to work with on my project. He was very helpful in helping me pick the right flooring for my needs. The flooring job was done quickly, and everything was left perfect. I definitely recommend Floor Coverings International Louisville East and will use them again.

We used Floor Coverings international for some carpet replacement and hardwood floor refinishing needs. We also had a new red oak floor installed in one room. The floor refinishing involved Brazilian Cherry floors in several rooms and a hallway that were original to the house 20 years ago when we built it. The result is really nice, and throughout the process there were multiple “snafoos” experienced, but Charles St Clair, the owner, stayed attentive to our concerns and did absolutely all he could to make things right. Although the project took longer than anticipated, the problem was really with one of the subs that were initially selected for us to refinish the Brazilian cherry floors. The 1st company was really horrible, and the floors had to be redone several times - and eventually by a different company that Charles enlisted. We know that FCI incurred additional expense to make things right for us and we are deeply grateful that Charles cared enough to do that to see that we ended up very pleased with the outcome. Brazilian Cherry is an unforgiving wood, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Thank you Charles!
