Great experience with FCI Louisville East, they carried and installed a high end linoleum I wanted that most flooring places in Louisville did not carry. They were on time, install was flawless, crew was nice and easy to work with. Highly recommend

My mom had new carpet installed in four rooms. Charles and team made the process easy and the carpets look great! Charles was patient and helped my mom pick out the best carpet for her home while also helping her get the best price. The team of guys installing the carpet moved all the furniture and put it back together after install with no issues. They were wonderful to work with.

In todays world of shortcuts and shoddy workmanship it is so refreshing to find a company that believes in satisfying the customer. FCI did just that. They exceeded my expectations. Charles or Tony were out each day to check on the progress. Deshaun and his son, the installers, were eager to please. They worked with me to get the best job possible. FCI was competitive, professional and one of the best companies I have worked with in recent memory. I highly recommend them.

Lots of samples to see in store, which I loved. After I narrowed it down Tony came to my house with bigger samples and on the spot quotes. Install was quick and simple, definitely recommend and will be using them again as we renovate other areas of the house!!
