Hi, I'm Cindy Krampetz, the proud owner of Floor Coverings International of Lost Mountain. I grew up in Cobb County, graduating from Harrison High School with honors while balancing church, cheerleading, gymnastics, competitive dance, and part-time jobs that showcased my work ethic early on. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where I served as an executive member of the AXO sorority.
With over 20 years of experience in real estate and sales leadership, I’ve built my career on driving growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Starting my own flooring company was an opportunity to combine my passion for design with my commitment to helping families create beautiful spaces in their homes.

With 19 years of experience in the flooring industry, I have built my career on helping homeowners and businesses create beautiful, functional spaces. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with a wide range of flooring materials—hardwood, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), laminate, carpet, and tile—and have honed my ability to guide clients in selecting the perfect option for their homes or businesses. Yes! The products showcased in our mobile showroom come with a factory-direct limited warranty. This warranty provided by the manufacturer offers coverage for product defects, ensuring that issues like stains on a stain-resistant carpet are addressed. It’s important to note that these warranties generally do not cover regular wear and tear, and their typical duration is up to ten years.
Many of our Floor Coverings International® locations have local warehouses or storefronts, but visits are usually by appointment only. Most customers browse our products at an on-site consultation.
