From the estimate, to the installation, the process was quick and professional. I was kept updated throughout, so I never had to wonder where things stood. Cindy and Eduardo were both responsive and knowledgeable when I had questions. The carpet looks great! I needed a special solution to patch laminate flooring in a bathroon where a vanity was replaced and l hoped not to replace the entire floor. Eduardo had tricks up his sleeve, successfully patched it and it looks just wonderful. I would not hesitate to recommend FCI to friends, family and neighbors with flooring needs, or to use their services again in the future.

We couldn’t be happier with our new floors! From the very first free estimate visit, Cindy and Tom were a pleasure to work with. Since we shared inspiration photos ahead of time, they arrived with samples that perfectly matched our vision. They even set up a showroom appointment so we could pick tiles that fit both our style and budget. What really set them apart was their expertise; they have a fantastic eye for colors and tones, and Tom is very knowledgeable on all things LVP/Laminate. We ultimately chose them because they are so personable and their installation teams are true pros. We love that the carpet and LVP are made in the USA, and the tile from Mexico is absolutely stunning! Coming home to the warmth these floors provide is the best feeling. Highly recommend!

Entire experience was tremendous, from the extra effort Cindy (owner) went to working with the manufacturer to ensure we got the color right to the outstanding install crew who took great care moving the furniture. The clean up was so meticulous it was like they were never here. Highly recommend for any flooring needs.

Replaced existing carpeting and pad with new carpeting and padding for the entire 2nd floor of my home (excluding bathrooms). Two man crew arrived at 9:30am and finished at 7:30pm. Professionally installed, cleaned up and disposed of old carpeting. No issues. Would use again.

Cindy and Tom arrived with a wide range of samples and guided me through selecting the ideal tile for my enclosed patio. Once installation began, Filipe and Jonathan were outstanding — skilled, professional, and meticulous. The finished tile is beautiful and we absolutely love it.
