Patrick is Co-Owner of FCI, West Florida Panhandle. He and his family have called the Pensacola area home for over a decade, thanks to the Navy bringing them to the white sand beaches in 2012. Patrick and his wife Emily started a real estate company in 2018, where they renovate and sell dilapidated houses in the area. As a function of that, they noticed a clear opportunity in the local flooring industry for best-in-class customer experiences. This led him and his business partner, Isaac, to open FCI, serving from Pensacola to Miramar Beach, FL. Thanks to the warm reception and support of the local community, Isaac and Patrick were named New Franchisees of the Year of FCI for 2023. When not working with his team to create memorable flooring experiences, Patrick loves spending time with his family, sports, reading, running, renovating homes, and traveling to new places.

Isaac is one of the owners and founders of this local veteran-owned franchise. Having worked in many real estate projects over the years, he found that there can be a real shortage of quality options when it comes to home services. He and Patrick partnered together to bring the top-rated in-home flooring company to the Emerald Coast, so that customers can have the best quality, value, and service brought to their door. Isaac enjoys many outdoor activities with his family, including camping, fishing, hiking, and more. When he isn’t doing one of those things, he can be found running, cycling, or traveling. He also enjoys serving his community through his church and local non-profits.

Berto is an experienced operations leader with a background in managing teams across multiple states and keeping large, fast‑moving organizations running smoothly. In his role as Production Manager for Floor Coverings International Pensacola/Baldwin/Destin, he brings a steady, people‑focused approach built on clear communication, teamwork, and doing things the right way. Outside of work, Berto enjoys spending quality time with his wife and kids, whether they’re relaxing on the beach with friends and family, getting outdoors, or exploring new places together — a family‑centered mindset that guides how he leads and shows up every day.

With two decades of experience as an office manager across multiple industries, Begail has built a reputation for keeping operations organized, efficient, and moving forward. She’s known for her practical mindset, calm under pressure, and ability to adapt to whatever the day throws her way.

As a single mother of two, she’s mastered the art of balancing responsibility with determination. Her life outside the office is fueled by movement, curiosity, and connection—whether she’s out for a run, exploring a new trail, swimming, or planning her next travel adventure. She brings that same energy, resilience, and sense of possibility into her work and every space she steps into.

Daniel is a Design Associate with Floor Coverings International – West Florida Panhandle. A longtime Gulf Coast resident, Daniel first developed his expertise in flooring and design through years in retail management, sales, and customer consultation. He has a passion for guiding clients through the entire process—bringing the showroom to their home, helping them discover the perfect look. Drawn to the industry by his love for design, attention to detail, and problem-solving, Daniel takes pride in creating spaces that blend beauty, durability, and function. When he’s not working with clients, he enjoys exploring the Emerald Coast, trying new coffee and food spots, and spending quality time with family and friends.
  

Denise is a talented Design Associate at Floor Coverings International, specializing in helping homeowners transform their spaces. She meets customers right in the comfort of their homes, expertly guiding them through flooring options to find the perfect fit for their style and needs. Denise is passionate about creating beautiful, functional spaces and loves seeing the joy on her customers’ faces when their vision comes to life.

Outside of work, Denise enjoys spending quality time with her family at our beautiful beaches, embracing the coastal lifestyle she loves.

Originally from Ohio, he’s a married dad of three daughters who’s spent 29 years in the construction world—23 of those focused on flooring—and now brings all that experience to his role as a design associate. He’s worked on everything from single‑bedroom makeovers to massive multinational corporate and government projects, and when he’s not helping clients shape their spaces, he’s probably out fishing, golfing, or coaching.

Casie serves as Community Engagement Manager for Floor Coverings International of the West Florida Panhandle. She builds meaningful local partnerships and strengthens the brand’s presence across Pensacola through Miramar Beach up to the state line and Baldwin County communities by connecting with homeowners, realtors, builders, designers, restoration companies, and local organizations throughout the Emerald Coast.

She has developed strong referral relationships through targeted community outreach and high-impact local events that showcase the convenience of the Mobile Flooring Showroom® and quality flooring solutions to more families across the Panhandle.

A passionate community advocate on the Emerald Coast, Casie is dedicated to supporting local homeowners and businesses while helping the franchise grow through authentic, relationship-driven engagement. When she’s not connecting with neighbors at events and markets, she enjoys spending time with her family and contributing to local wellness and empowerment initiatives in the area.
