Isaac was great! Very informative. I give them a 5 star because they did an amazing job on my floors. If there was a 6 star, i would rate it that. I think they exceeded my expectation especially doing it in a timely manner. After doing research and reading other people reviews, I know I made the best decision for my home.

Absolute 5 Star experience! I’m thrilled with the craftsmanship and finish of my hardwood parquet floors. They are absolutely stunning! Everyone that enters the home says, “Wow! Your floors are amazing!” Totally professional team kept me in the most capable hands!

Floor Coverings International did an outstanding job tiling my condo. They were quick, clean, professional, and friendly. The work was completed well within the estimated time and I was left with a flawless tiling job; level tile throughout, no gaps or flaws in the corners and edges, and smooth grouting. This was a job well done.

I highly recommend Floor Coverings International. The staff is so friendly, as well as the whole floor team. So knowledgeable and patient with some changes we made and all the questions we had in bringing to life our solid oak floors that had carpet on them for many years. They started early, worked hard from Thurs. to Sat , and the outcome was stunning. When they were finished, they left it so clean , inside and out. We are so very happy!!

Got new carpet for my place. Isaac's expertise helped me get what I thought I wanted into a more appropriate carpet and for less money. The communication was great throughout. The installation team was thorough, neat, professional and respectful. I didn't have to do anything. They did a great job and once I signed the contract, they were quick too.

I’m very impressed with the whole process. Very professional and easy to work with. From the whole planning of the project with Isaac. Followed by Adam the project manager and the very hard working and super pro Eddy and Julio ! I could not have had a better team. They kept everything tidy and clean and coordinated with the plumber it went smoothly and they did a phenomenal job!! Beautiful work

I was impressed with Floor Coverings International right from the start. Issac was personable and knowledgeable. He explained the whole process, all the ins and outs. Adam gave me a call to schedule the job. He was nice and went Iet him in person we bounded over shared experiences; including being Veterans. The team that worked on the floors being led by Octavio were nice and quick. They made sure to clean up after themselves when they were finished. I have all the confidence in the world in my floors being done right the first time. I'm even meeting with Issac later this week to discuss backsplash for the kitchen. Thanks all of you
