Isaac is one of the owners and founders of this local veteran-owned franchise. Having worked in many real estate projects over the years, he found that there can be a real shortage of quality options when it comes to home services. He and Patrick partnered together to bring the top-rated in-home flooring company to the Emerald Coast, so that customers can have the best quality, value, and service brought to their door. Isaac enjoys many outdoor activities with his family, including camping, fishing, hiking and more. When he isn’t doing one of those things, he can be found running cycling, or traveling. He also enjoys serving his community through his church and local non-profits.

Patrick is Co-Owner of FCI, West Florida Panhandle. He and his family have called the Pensacola area home for over a decade, thanks to the Navy bringing them to the white sand beaches in 2012. Patrick and his wife Emily started a real estate company in 2018 where they renovate and sell dilapidated houses in the area. As a function of that, they noticed a clear opportunity in the local flooring industry for best-in-class customer experiences. This led he and his business partner Isaac to open FCI, serving from Pensacola to Miramar Beach, FL. Thanks to the warm reception and support of the local community, Isaac and Patrick were named New Franchisees of the Year of FCI for 2023. When not working with his team to create memorable flooring experiences, Patrick loves spending time with his family, sports, reading, running, renovating homes, and traveling to new places.

Sadie joined the Floor Coverings International team in 2024 as our office manager, after returning from a brief hiatus from the kitchen and bath industry. New to flooring but not new to customer service, her love of working with clients comes from 22+ years of operating as one of four business partners in a kitchen and bath company that specialized in custom countertop design/fabrication/installation. Her love for home renovations, philosophy of connecting clients to the right products, and service-centric enthusiasm comes through in all her interactions. She thoroughly enjoys being able to contribute to the personalized experience our clients receive when working with the Floor Coverings International Team. In her off time, Sadie enjoys cultivating memories with family and friends over shared food experiences as well as travel and architectural salvage.

Cody is a Design Associate for FCI and resides in Fort Walton Beach with his beautiful daughter Elayna and their Aussie Shepherd Willow. Before joining the team here at FCI, Cody was a business owner in the Alabama Gulf Coast area for 15 years. Notably for the last several years, he worked as a stunt double for Bruce Willis, Yippee Ki-Yay! Cody is extremely passionate about his role with the team and his ability to find the best solution for each and every one of his clients!

Adam is a true flooring professional, As FCI’s Project Coordinator, he responsible for delivering on the promises that our Design Associates make to our customers. He has spent the last decade managing installation crews and providing top-tier finished products. As an aviation enthusiast, his free time, you may see him flying above the emerald coast skyline.
