John opened FCI of Delmarva in 2023. After spending 15 years in marketing, John followed his entrepreneurial dream and set out on a mission to create the best home improvement experience on Delmarva. John is passionate about home design and loves collaborating with clients to bring their design ideas to life.
When not working with clients, John enjoys spending time camping with his three children and going to concerts.
Brian brings 23 years of flooring-industry experience to the Floor Coverings International team. His robust experience spans both residential and commercial projects. Brian has worked on several federal and state government projects, including a major project at Dover Air Force Base. He also has experience managing projects in healthcare settings, most notably completing a large-scale project at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Brian has held senior roles in sales, project management, and logistics throughout his career in flooring. At Floor Coverings International, Brian’s focus is on delivering great service and a flawless installation experience for each of our clients.
A graduate of the University of Delaware, Brian enjoys restoring classic cars, motorcycles, boating, and spending time with his wife and family.
Lisa Cummings is a strong results-oriented marketing and sales professional with over 15 years of industry experience. She has earned top awards in lead generation and sales while working for some of the highest rated home improvement companies in the nation. Lisa is passionate about educating homeowners and providing a consultative sales approach and consistently brings passion and dedication to every sales appointment.
She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Lisa is a Delaware Native and resides in Lewes, Delaware. During her free time, she enjoys her family and friends and can be found on the beach playing with her dogs. Lisa also volunteers her time with social programs within her community.
