I contacted Floor Coverings International El Paso to have a floating floor in my dining room. From beginning to end I have only received excellent attention and care. The office manager, Stephanie took care to respond promptly to my questions and to arrange a visit to make a proposal. A design associate, Marco Puentes, made everything possible to adapt to my schedule. He came, he paid attention to the explanation of the project I had in mind, he advised me of different solutions and made all the necessary phone calls to accomplish my needs in the short timeframe I gave him. A particular fact that called my attention was that I had in mind a baseboard that was not in their catalogue. It was going to be difficult to find it in the short time I gave him to do the job. I agreed to have a baseboard in their catalogue and to my surprise they managed to find the one I desired and install it at no extra cost. Edgar, the installer, did an excellent job as well. Summarizing, Floor Coverings International did not care only for doing business but they cared for my needs. Really impressive.

I just got my Entire house done, 2 story, roughly 4,000 sq ft in total. Every room, every hallway, stairs, and loft, and bedrooms a beautiful new flooring. I got ahold of Janie (the owner).. who did all the measuring, and showed us samples etc. Next came Kevin, who is I believe the project manager. Set schedules the dates, which I had asked him if there was something sooner, to let me know. He did, and thankfully was able to get the job started a good week or 2 before the scheduled date. Kevin came over, very professional & friendly guy! His workers came, and man. Their knowledge, and efforts to do the best job they could made me realize, that I truly called the right company. They have 5 stars, and 5 stars is what I got! What I loved the most is, every day after work, they'd still clean and vacuum all the dirt/dust before they went home, leaving the work areas presentable. That? I didnt expect but deeply appreciated. Overall? We give the work they did a 100% 5 star without question. The professionalism, the cleanliness, the extra mile they did when asking us extra things we needed to do.. and I couldnt be happier. If anyone needs a job done? These will be my future Go-To guys. No Fluff, no exaggeration, just 1 happy customer for sure. Now I can enjoy my beautiful home!

We recently had our upstairs carpeted floors and stairs replaced with hardwood flooring . We had an excellent experience from start to finish. The team was very patient and attentive to our needs. We have existing hardwood flooring on our first floor, which they were able to match with pre-finished flooring and stain matching the stairs. The installation went smoothly, on time, and on budget. We highly recommend Floor Coverings International of Foxboro for a seamless experience. Special thanks to Dereck, Tim, and Chris who went above and beyond.

Mark was the only one who has been calling me regarding the situation that has happened for the installed with the carpet last Saturday. Not enough carpet was ordered by the company and put me in a situation to need to cancel again my granddaughters swimming and gymnastic class, also for my daughter to not able to get to work again. Rebekha was so rude and make me feel like it was my fault that there was not enough carpet ordered. Brad has never call me back again which I asked Rebekha to give me a call back. I am very unhappy and so disappointed with this company . The only one who cares about the situation was the sale representative Mark. He calls me so many times to find out on how I was doing since he knows that I was so upset .

The whole team was fantastic from beginning to end. Bear came out to our house, brought all the samples, and showed us the options right there on site. His knowledge made picking the right flooring super easy. Audrey was great with scheduling and even followed up after the install to make sure we were happy with everything. Elise handled the final invoicing and payment smoothly and professionally. We really felt like we got world class treatment the entire time. Highly recommend Floor Coverings International of Reno.

Floor Coverings International went above and beyond for our project. Jason, Caleb, and Amy were great at communicating and getting us exactly what we wanted. With owning an older home, we knew that we’d run into some bumps in the road but FCI knew exactly what to do, and I felt confident that they were going to fix what needed fixing! I highly recommend this business for all of your flooring needs! My new tile, carpet, and refinished hardwood is proof that they’re the best around!

Highly recommend! Katie (office) was excellent in keeping me informed and Glenn (my sales rep) was great to work with in helping me make the right choices for my needs. The guy who installed the carpet was on time and did a great job.... with installation and cleaning up afterwards. A really good company to work with!!
