Jeremy comes from a career in relationship-based sales across various industries, including real estate, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals. In 2024, he and his wife, Tricia, decided it was time to use their experience, skills, and passions to open a local business that provides high-quality, high-touch service to their community. Jeremy thrives on making connections and collaborating to find solutions for his customers. He is a native to San Diego, having grown up in Lemon Grove, and lived in other parts of the county before landing in Vista with Tricia and their two daughters, Maddie and Charlee. Outside of work, Jeremy continually feeds his passion for golf. Jeremy and Tricia love spending time in Temecula and are excited to bring a personal touch to the floor buying experience for the city and surrounding areas.
Tricia has spent the majority of her career in operations and project management in the executive leadership and coaching industry, and recently shifted to the business and IT consulting space. She loves connecting people, processes, and technology to foster efficiency and success within projects, teams, and organizations. Tricia grew up in western Massachusetts and moved to San Diego in 2002, where she met Jeremy, and has called it home ever since (aside from their 2.5-year stint back in the D.C. area). When she’s not working, Tricia loves to be outside walking their dog Annie, hiking, or paddleboarding when she can squeeze it in. She loves a good bottle of wine, so she already has a fondness for Temecula Valley and looks forward to deepening that connection by bringing a high-touch flooring service to the community.
Sheri brings over 20 years of experience in administration and customer service, building a career centered on organization, communication, and supporting critical projects. Her background includes roles in service advising, administrative management, and project coordination – handling everything from estimates to bookkeeping.
Sheri began her career in the automotive industry before transitioning into the construction and flooring space, where she continues to bring a high level of care, attention to detail, and reliability to every project. Originally from Riverside, Sheri now resides in the Temecula area with her husband, her two sons, her bonus son, and their four dogs. She values faith, family, and connection, and enjoys spending her free time outdoors or with loved ones. One day, Sheri hopes to turn her faith and her love for dogs into an animal rescue that makes a real difference in the local community.
