I met with Jeremy to do some custom areas with some tricky stairs. He came by and gave me an estimate and it was more than fair. His team came on time and had the job done sooner than expected. Can’t recommend them enough. Carpet looks amazing and will be using them for future projects. Thanks!!!

I had a great experience working with Jeremy and Sheri at FCI Temecula for my flooring installation. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. There was a hiccup initially with the carpet color but Jeremy addressed the issue and made it right. I really appreciated the accountability and the effort to resolve it quickly. The final result looks great, and the overall quality of the work met my expectations. Sheri was also very helpful throughout the process, keeping communication clear and everything moving along. I would absolutely use FCI again for future flooring projects and would recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality floor installation work.
