Bryan and Courtnee have lived and raised a family in the Northwest Phoenix area since 2001. After 25 years of working in the Nursing and Multifamily industries, they took their passion for community and people and use it to add an element of ease and customer service to the home experience.

Courtnee provides individualized home purchasing experiences for her clients, while Bryan helps families take their new or current home to the next level. Creating a fun and friendly atmosphere is their business approach along with ensuring that every customer feels valued, informed and like a member of the family.

When not working to help families fall in love with their home, Bryan is a musician in local cover band, Friendly Jesture, as a lead singer and guitarist. If not working or playing, they love family time, playing games and will travel anywhere!

Matt originally comes to us from Illinois and made the move to Arizona to attend MMI. What began as a career in mechanics soon turned into something more personal—working directly with homeowners through in-home consultations and helping customers turn their vision into reality.

Matt spent five years at Moon Valley Nurseries as the head of their design line, where he designed projects, made expert recommendations, and oversaw installations ranging from single-family homes to entire subdivisions. That hands-on experience sharpened his eye for design and his ability to manage projects from concept to completion. That eye for design, coupled with his attention to detail, got the owner, and now father-in-law, Bryan, to recruit him to the FCI team.

Beyond his professional experience, Matt is truly part of the FCI North Phoenix family. He’s known for his positive attitude, team-first mindset, and genuine care for our customers. Outside of work, you’ll likely find him on the golf course, enjoying the game—and proudly fluffing his lies.

Abel brings a wealth of customer service experience to the Floor Coverings International North Phoenix team, and his passion for people shows in everything he does.

Originally from Panama, Abel shares his life with his wife, firstborn child, and their dog Ponji — and that same sense of care and commitment he puts into his family is exactly what he brings to every customer interaction. He understands that a flooring project is more than just a purchase; it's an investment in your home and your life.

As our Customer Experience Manager and Installation Coordinator, Abel is the connective tissue between the sale and the finished floor. He works behind the scenes — and right alongside our customers — to ensure every detail is coordinated, every question is answered, and every installation goes exactly as planned. From scheduling and logistics to keeping homeowners informed and at ease, Abel makes the process feel effortless.

When he's not making sure your floors come out perfect, you'll find Abel strumming his acoustic guitar and writing original songs. He's also an avid runner, hitting the pavement weekly to stay sharp in body and mind. But his favorite place to be? Right at home with his wife, baby, and Ponji.

His goal is simple: that every Floor Coverings International North Phoenix customer looks back on their experience and says it was the best home improvement project they've ever had.

With over 20 years in home design and customer relations, Tessa brings a wealth of experience to every project she touches. She's built her career on one simple belief: that great design starts with a real relationship, grounded in honesty and integrity.

Tessa has called the North Phoenix and Glendale area home for her entire adult life—over 20 years spent living, working, and raising her family right here. That deep-rooted connection to the community shapes the way she works with every homeowner, listening closely and treating each project like it's in her own neighborhood.

As a devoted wife, mom, and Christian, Tessa understands what it means to create a home that stands up to life's beautiful, busy moments—because she's living it herself. Beyond her professional experience, she's truly part of the FCI North Phoenix family, known for her genuine passion and warmth on every project.

Outside of work, Tessa is a huge animal lover and advocate, always cheering on a rescue in need. You'll also find her singing karaoke throughout Phoenix and Glendale, bringing that same infectious energy to everything she does.
