Bryan was very helpful in the process of picking the right flooring for our home. I needed more than the sample they had in the showroom so he was happy to get us a few more planks to help us decide. He communicated back and forth we me for a couple of weeks before we picked our flooring. The flooring hasn't been installed yet but to this point Bryan's company has been great! I will review again and include pictures when the project is completed!

My floors look AMAZING! From the start I felt like we received personalized service. There was zero high pressured sales and all of our questions were answered promptly. They were able to schedule the installation around our busy work schedules, and they completed the job in less time than quoted. The install team was efficient, courteous and professional. They moved the furniture and put it back exactly how we wanted. No mess left behind. We had them install laminate flooring and baseboards in 3 rooms and closet. I would highly recommend floor coverings international in north Phoenix.

We had an amazing experience getting new LVP floors to replace our carpet. From the in home pre conversation, to a trip to the show room to verify materials, to the financing options and the courtesy and professionalism of the installers, everything was more than we could have hoped for. We are saving up to have the rest of our home done by Floor Coverings International.

Matt was very professional and nice he was not pushing me into purchasing title I could not afford he took his time in showing me title that would fit my budget he found a title that matched perfectly with the title i have in my home the installer Abel came and installed the title he was on time and did a beautiful job installing the title and there prices were fair 10/10 I Highly recommend this company to install tile they got the job done in a timely matter Thank you to Flooring Company team that got the job done

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Bryan of Floor Coverings Intl. of North Phoenix, and his team. From our very first conversation, Bryan was prompt, professional, and an excellent communicator. He came out quickly to evaluate our shower renovation project, and within just a few days his team was on the job. They stepped in after the demolition of our old shower, tub, and tile floor had already been completed, and from that point forward everything went smoothly. They installed the beautiful new tile in our shower as well as our new bathroom floor, and the finished results exceeded our expectations. Our installer, Mario, was outstanding. His craftsmanship was meticulous, and before he ever laid the first tile, he offered several thoughtful design suggestions that made our new shower even better than we had envisioned. His attention to detail was exceptional, and beyond being a true professional, he was simply a pleasure to have in our home throughout the installation. What also impressed us was Bryan's involvement. He didn't just provide an estimate and disappear. He stopped by several times during the project to check on the progress, ensure the quality of the work, and make sure we were happy every step of the way. That level of customer service is rare these days. After an unexpected change in direction during our renovation, finding Bryan's company turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Our only regret is that we didn't know about Bryan and his team from the beginning of demolition. We absolutely love our new shower and beautiful new tile floor and highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship, outstanding communication, and genuine customer care.

Bryan and his entire team were incredibly helpful, responsive and patient as I went through the process of re-carpeting my mother's entire house from another state. He made excellent, cost-effective recommendations and allowed me time to make decisions, while also helping me to stay on track throughout the project. Also, just a very friendly, personable guy! I wish Floor Coverings International was available in my state because I would hire them for my own home remodel!
