Isaac is one of the owners and founders of this local veteran-owned franchise. Having worked in many real estate projects over the years, he found that there can be a real shortage of quality options when it comes to home services. He and Patrick partnered together to bring the top-rated in-home flooring company to the Emerald Coast, so that customers can have the best quality, value, and service brought to their door. Isaac enjoys many outdoor activities with his family, including camping, fishing, hiking and more. When he isn’t doing one of those things, he can be found running cycling, or traveling. He also enjoys serving his community through his church and local non-profits.

Patrick is Co-Owner of FCI, West Florida Panhandle. He and his family have called the Pensacola area home for over a decade, thanks to the Navy bringing them to the white sand beaches in 2012. Patrick and his wife Emily started a real estate company in 2018 where they renovate and sell dilapidated houses in the area. As a function of that, they noticed a clear opportunity in the local flooring industry for best-in-class customer experiences. This led he and his business partner, Isaac, to open FCI, serving from Pensacola to Miramar Beach, FL. Thanks to the warm reception and support of the local community, Isaac and Patrick were named New Franchisees of the Year of FCI for 2023. When not working with his team to create memorable flooring experiences, Patrick loves spending time with his family, sports, reading, running, renovating homes, and traveling to new places.

Denise is a talented Design Associate at Floor Coverings International, specializing in helping homeowners transform their spaces. She meets customers right in the comfort of their homes, expertly guiding them through flooring options to find the perfect fit for their style and needs. Denise is passionate about creating beautiful, functional spaces and loves seeing the joy on her customers’ faces when their vision comes to life.

Outside of work, Denise enjoys spending quality time with her family at our beautiful beaches, embracing the coastal lifestyle she loves.

Adam is a true flooring professional. As FCI’s Project Coordinator, he is responsible for delivering on the promises that our Design Associates make to our customers. He has spent the last decade managing installation crews and providing top-tier finished products. As an aviation enthusiast, his free time, you may see him flying above the Emerald Coast skyline

With two decades of experience as an office manager in a variety of industries, Begail is skilled at keeping things organized, running smoothly, and on track. She’s known for her practical approach and ability to adapt to whatever each day brings.

Beyond work, she’s a proud mom of four, a supportive wife, and someone who thrives on staying active. Whether she’s out for a run, hiking a new trail, swimming, or planning her next travel adventure, she brings a sense of energy and curiosity to everything she does.

Daniel is a Design Associate with Floor Coverings International – West Florida Panhandle. A longtime Gulf Coast resident, Daniel first developed his expertise in flooring and design through years in retail management, sales, and customer consultation. He has a passion for guiding clients through the entire process—bringing the showroom to their home, helping them discover the perfect look. Drawn to the industry by his love for design, attention to detail, and problem-solving, Daniel takes pride in creating spaces that blend beauty, durability, and function. When he’s not working with clients, he enjoys exploring the Emerald Coast, trying new coffee and food spots, and spending quality time with family and friends.
