My wife and I chose Floor Coverings International because of their prompt response and personable (caring) approach to listening to our needs and desires for flooring, and for the quality time they took to share with us a variety of options to meet our needs. Exceptional customer service! The contractors who came to our home were polite and were dedicated to finishing the work in a timely manner. They were even able to repair 'on the spot' another area of our home flooring that needed corrective attention from when our home was built! I would highly recommend Floor Coverings International without exception! Thank you for a tremendous job done!!!

It was a pleasure working with Mrs. Denise at Floor Coverings International. She listened to what we were looking for and offered the perfect sample flooring. Scheduling the floor installation was an easy process and the installation team worked quickly. We love our floors!

Denise is very professional and did her best to find a flooring that was no longer manufactured. She kept me informed throughout the whole process. Denise did find a substitute that was very comparable. The order came in before I thought it would and the installers came and installed the flooring. It took an afternoon to take up the existing flooring and sand down the concrete because it was so unlevel. The flooring was laid the next afternoon by the installers. They were very professional and friendly. I would recommend Floor Covering International.

Great People! Great Job! Denise brought lots of sample options to our home which made it easy to pick the right one for our space. Love my new carpet! Denise and Joe provide their clients with a great product and an easy process. Gary our installers did an awesome job!

Went through Floor Coverings International locally here in Foley for my flooring upgrade. Could not be happier with how it turned out. The office people hooked me up with their project leader who did a fantastic job with both the Tile and Laminate selections we came up with. Gave me good advice on the flooring choices, and their advice on some things to consider about the whole affair were spot on. Two thumbs up, thanks again folks.
