In 2024, Conner purchased the Birmingham franchise of Floor Coverings International with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a desire to help others. With a background in real estate, he was familiar with the challenges consumers and businesses face when shopping for new flooring and was determined to find a better solution. Conner found that solution in Floor Coverings International which brings a high degree of professionalism and service to the flooring industry. Outside of work, Conner enjoys running ultramarathons, attending live music events, and spending time with his wife, their 2-year-old son, and their two white Labradors. For details, please contact your local branch. Additionally, the majority of our flooring products include a factory-direct limited warranty that safeguards against manufacturer defects. These warranties typically extend for up to 10 years, ensuring long-lasting protection and customer satisfaction
Yes! The products showcased in our mobile showroom come with a
factory-direct limited warranty. This warranty provided by the
manufacturer offers coverage for product defects, ensuring that issues
like stains on a stain-resistant carpet are addressed.
It’s
important to note that these warranties generally do not cover regular
wear and tear, and their typical duration is up to ten years.
Many of our Floor Coverings International® locations have local
warehouses or storefronts, but visits are usually by appointment
only.
