It was a pleasure working with this team from beginning to end! Bonnie, Peyton, and Brian brought a vision to life with excellent craftsmanship and at a good price. Even the owner came by to get samples for matching my existing hardwood, and he was so kind and personable. There aren't enough stars for my positive experience!

Thank God for Floor Coverings International of Birmingham. Mrs. Bonnie thank you for the quick estimate, and working with me dealing with the insurance company. Those guys John and Grek are super installers and very nice. Didn't leave any dirt or trash for me to clean up, and finished in one day. I recommend these guys for all of your flooring needs. Once again, thank you Floor Coverings for the outstanding job you did.

Floor Coverings International of Birmingham did a fantastic job on my stairs. Payton was very helpful from beginning to end. He kept in contact with me through the whole process and gave realistic time frames on when the job would be completed. Payton was available to answer any questions that I had any time of the day. Victor was on time and very professional. Victor took his time and paid attention to each detail while installing. They finished the job earlier than expected and they even cleaned up afterwards and left the area that they worked in spotless. I will definitely use them again!!

We recently had new carpet installed in the master bedroom and in our 2 upstairs bedrooms. We are very pleased with the new look. Paul and Peyton did a fantastic job with communication and installation. They are great to work with!

Your company was highly recommended to us by a friend. We needed our 25 year old floors resurfaced and the carpet removed in the master bedroom and hardwood put down. I called and spoke with Kim and she put us in touch with Bonnie, who came out the next morning and spent a couple hours going over everything with us, measuring, etc. We had our quote the next day. Peyton came by and followed up with us. The crew started right on time and worked very hard. They were courteous, cared about their work and did a great job minimizing dust and cleaning up afterwards.They returned promptly to put the furniture back in the house. Peyton came by a few days in to check on them and he returned when the job was finished to look at everything. It's unusual to work with a company these days that care about their customers. I will use them again and recommend to family and friends.

high-level, professionalism, and quality of work! I heard about floor coverings international from a neighbor Who went through a full renovation of her house over the last year. We were able to schedule an in-home consultation online and they have a traveling showroom where they bring everything to your home And take care of measuring the spaces you need assistance with, making recommendations for your needs. they made certain to be extremely thorough with the actual installation, making sure everything was completed with excellence down to the last detail. it is great to have a full team working on your project. This is quite different than using so many other services. We had a sales person that followed up with us, a project manager, and a project overseer that was here with the actual installers to make sure everything was communicated and connected. highly recommend Bonnie, Peyton, and Victor.

FCI installed Luxury Vinyl in 3 rooms in our home. The job was completed in 5 to 6 hours. John and Grek arrived early and did a magnificent job with installation and cleanup.Thanks to Bonnie and Payton for communication from beginning to end. A very satisfied customer.
