We met with Bonnie and she was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to have our upstairs area carpet replaced on our tight schedule. The day before the installation we were notified of a time and the name of the installer that would complete our project. Alex was our installer, and he was great, very clean, well spoken and friendly, not to mention, a tremendously hard worker. I/we would recommend Flooring Coverings International in the future.

Project: Commercial Retail Scope: Demo LVT, Prep Substrate, and Install Porcelain Tiles FCI completed a retail commercial project with a very challenging deadline. They completed a 3 night project in just over one night; with exceptional quality. FCI was a one stop shop; meaning they furnished and installed all flooring material. When they arrived they were proactive by removing the retail store's FFE, and protected the sales floors fixtures and merchandise from dust and debris. Communication was outstanding with my Company as well as with our Customer's onsite personnel and store manager. I highly recommend potential customers to consider hiring FCI. They are absolutely great to work with.

This company did a fantastic job on my floors! Bonnie and Payton were great to work with from the start! Brian did an outstanding job on the hardwood, John and Grek did the LVP with precision and Roberto worked tirelessly on the carpet.. I highly recommend!

The team was great to work with. Bonnie was quick to get us an estimate on our hardwood floors and tile backsplash. Payton was great to inform us when and what time to expect workers to show up. Victor did a great job with our new hardwoods and matching our original hardwood color. Jefferson completed our kitchen with a beautiful marble backsplash. They were quick and cleaned up everyday they were on the job. I will definitely be using this team again in the future.

I’m so happy with the work that Floor Coverings International did on our stairs! Payton was the project manager and he was super responsive and helpful. His response time was super quick and he gave me detailed answers to my questions. The guys who did the work, Grek, John and Roberto were awesome and worked super hard to get the job done beautifully. We are planning to have them do more work on the rest of our floors and I can’t wait to see the finished product.
