What a FIND! Highly recommend! Extremely nice, professional, and priced reasonably. I was told point blank, no job is too small and we will follow through, and that they did. The tile job is perfect! After several "brush offs" with other vendors, I was expecting the same with FCI, but Teresa was all over it. Funny, during our discussion about the project I mentioned I had a gimpy pet, once we were done talking about the project, she said, "now, tell me what's going on with your dog". Just a great experience! Thank you FCI!

Guy and his guys (Brandon and Chris) were absolutely phenomenal! The quality of their work put all the competition to bed! They are extremely responsive, personable, and listen to the customers needs. I was burnt by my first contractor and Guy helped me out step by step for that I needed to do - Brandon and Chris did the same. They even recommended others to make sure our bathroom remodel turned out just the way I wanted. The tile floor, backsplash behind the tub, and the entire shower was completed by them. I was expecting to pay way more than I actually did but was happy with the price I received! You've got to call guy if you have any tile or flooring needs. I will use them again!

My wife and I went to a Home Improvement Expo earlier this year at the AG Center. We were considering other options concerning replacing our carpet with tile. We met Ron and Guy during the expo and I can honestly say" they are down to earth genuine folk". They were extremely professional and attentive to what we needed. The people at Floor Coverings International are fantastic. First, they gave us an excellent price on new tile floors for our foyer and upstairs bathroom. Very competitive. They communicated with us throughout the entire process. When the installers discovered a problem with our subfloor (no fault of theirs), the owner personally came to our house to evaluate the situation and to inform us of next steps. I would highly recommend them.
