Fantastic service from these guys, nothing was too much trouble in making sure we made the right choice of carpet. The home based showroom is by far better than stood in a store under different lighting to at home. We're now a couple of months in and it still looks perfect. We'll not look anywhere else next time we need flooring.

Initially everything seemed great up until ordering the carpet. Once we gave them our downpayment we started to have communication issues. We were told things that were not true and couldn’t get a straight answer from the office or our sales rep. We got very frustrated once our patience had worn thin. Then the owner gave me a call shortly after I was able to speak to somebody in the office. He was sincere and kind. He asked us what went wrong so we told him. He was apologetic and explained he was away on business while these things were happening and he does not want to run his business like that. We asked him to make things right, so he did! The carpet was installed last night and it looks great, feels great, the install guys did a terrific job. I highly appreciate the owner making things right for us! Thank you, we are pleased with our new carpet.

While we were very hesitant to post a negative review, I just have to express the disappointment and frustration we have had with the quality of our carpet. Getting new carpets and flooring is not a small investment and should have a positive long lasting outcome, but it didn’t. In May of 2024, after reading so many positive reviews on this floor company, We had carpets for our downstairs, staircase and upstairs hallway done as well as our kitchen and laundry room. The first day was a nightmare, They had to shut our water off and we had to have our neighbor come and help us find the main water valve, they put down the wrong floor in the kitchen and the laundry room , While they did acknowledge their mistake and fixed the floors, it was still a disappointment. while in the process of installing carpets, they damaged multiple door frames and left chips in the tiles and in the master bathroom downstairs. While I myself have repainted door frames, and baseboards over the past two years, you can still see the damage. I had to put clear caulking under the baseboards because there was exposed areas underneath where air and bugs can get in.They piled furniture, wires and other appliances in the master bathroom rather than moving that outside, The very next day one of the managers had to come out and help us set all of the electronics and wiring back up since nothing was put back in their appropriate places after the installation. It was a terrible mess when we came home. While the kitchen and laundry room floors though do look very nice, and they did discount us slightly, unfortunately, we cannot say the same about the carpets. In the 30+ years we’ve lived in our house We’ve always had great quality Berber carpets, we’ve had carpets from Sears and Millington floor coverings in the past , they always left the house spotless when they were finished, and they never damaged anything in the process, NEVER had problems from other carpet installers in the past. Unfortunately, my grandmother passed away in 2022 and wanted us to use the money She had left for us for new floors in our house hoping they would last another 10-20 years, I wouldn’t be surprised if they lasted another five years. We are not “floating in dough” money for large renovation projects doesn’t come to us very often or easily. The quality of the carpet is cheap, shoddy and terrible, there is matting in several areas of the carpet already.. I guess we should’ve checked all of our options!! The only way we can make it look halfway decent is by vacuuming it EVERY SINGLE DAY sometimes multiple times a day. The carpet easily stains, and The seams are already starting to come up in the entryway of hallway and in front of doorways, they had to redo the staircase but there are still mistakes with the stair carpeting. Our house is 34 years old and we’re trying very hard to improve, invest and make the house look nice, but we have to sit and look at this terrible quality carpet every day…we have a warranty for this carpet but I really think that they should replace our carpet with a much better quality, we would even pay for the labor for it, overall, this entire process has been two years of disappointment, sadness and anxiety..

Me and my husband used floor coverings international for our floors and I can’t tell you how thankful we were to have them. Our floors turned into a disaster and needed a lot more things fixed, structurally, then anticipated. Guy handled everything. He got the people that needed to come out and fix everything immediately. They worked with us when we needed to get other things fixed in the process of the floors and came by multiple times to make sure everything was going smoothly. The price was very reasonable and our floors look beautiful. This is a wonderful company with wonderful people working for them. We will use guy for all of our future projects.

Our house is nineteen years old and still had the original carpets in the bedrooms and bonus rooms. We finally decided to upgrade and spoke to Guy about our flooring needs. We told him that we need the flooring that is easy to clean and very durable due to our energetic Labrador retriever who thinks he owes the house, and also with my daughter who play’s soccer and drags all types of dirt in the house. Guy showed me several floor samples and did some durability tests and I was sold. He priced our floors at an affordable cost that did not hurt our budget. The installers Javier and David were very punctual and took pride of their work. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International Mid South if you’re in the west TN surrounding areas.

They installed carpet in my master bedroom and LVT in my new master bath. They both look great. The large Vinyl Tiles are perfect, waterproof, and the marble pattern is run just right. The installer was professional and left everything clean. My contractor didn't even have to do any little paint touch ups. Definitely recommend them.
