Wow! What an amazing experience from start to finish. I had tile put in my house maybe 10 years ago but at time I could only afford to do the main areas, not the bedrooms. I contacted Preston and texted him a photo of what I had to see how close a match he could get. He texted me back a sample saying “I think this is close” it was the same tile! He and his crew were amazing to work with. We had one hiccup with a water leak that had to be repaired but they were extremely gracious and conscious about working with my schedule to get the remainder of the install completed. I highly recommend them!

So happy to have met Michele- she was able to help me get a lingering project handled. I had an LVP stair tread that had cracked. They matched the color perfectly. Their installer was on time, kind, professional, cleaned up after himself and was highly skilled. He could have easily just installed the step but he corrected something the previous installation did to ensure it was a long-lasting repair. Thank you so much!

James, Jeremy, and Eric were phenomenal from start to finish. Truly a group of great guys — professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and clearly passionate about what they do. They walked me through every step, answered every question, and made sure I felt confident in all my choices. When installation day came, they worked efficiently, treated my home with care, and delivered work that was absolutely flawless. The finished product completely transformed my space. The quality is beyond anything I expected, and you can tell these guys take pride in their craftsmanship. Even after the job was done, they followed up to make sure I was happy — something you don’t see often these days. It was a great experience from start to finish! They arrived on time and got straight to work! They moved the furniture, removed old flooring cleaned then installed new flooring & set the room back up as we requested. They even finished the job quicker than expected. I have to say, Mark provided top-notch service from the onsite estimate. He arrived with several carpet and pad samples that best fit my needs after hearing that I have pets and babies. He carefully explained the pros and cons of each carpet, how to clean the carpet efficiently and I truly learned a lot from him. He also took the time to address a potential stair issue that had bothered me for so long. If possible, I am going to give FCI 10 stars! I highly recommend Mark and his company to everyone, and I believe you would have the same level professional service and product as I had.

We are repeat customers to FCI and had another great experience. Our finished basement flooded during the storm last spring. We couldn’t get any of the mitigation companies to respond. I contacted Dave Paeske and he came over the next day and arranged for Gama and Rico to remove the carpeting. They came back a few months later to install the new carpet. They did a great job and were very friendly/respectful. We definitely recommend FCI for carpet and luxury vinyl!

We recently redid the flooring in our den. We had reached out to a few local flooring companies. Ben from Floor Coverings International got back to me right away and I really appreciated his attentiveness. He was friendly and patient with me as I went back and forth and had a lot of questions. The entire process felt very organized, I always knew what was happening. The crew did a fantastic job, especially installing the flooring around an old stone fireplace. We are so happy with the results!! We plan to use them again for our next flooring job.

I recently had a challenging listing that was in poor condition. We had to address big issues like roof, sewerline and driveway before hitting the market. Seller was going to list it in "as-is" condition for all cosmetic issues. But I advised him to replace old carpets and encouraged him to just get a quote. Floor Coverings International came in for a rescue. They fully understood the circumstances we were in. They provided a proposal for an affordable and speedy option to go with a good quality inventory carpet. Seller agreed to replace carpet and installation was immediate with a good workmanship. The listing sold successfully by attracting the perfect buyer for the house although the house wasn't perfect. I can't thank the owners, Lainie and Bo, enough for their professional work and personable service "understanding their assignment" in helping my client sell his home.

Robin and his team were amazing to work with. We were having flooring installed after another company was finished with remediation. Robin and his team were able to schedule us where there wouldn’t be any time lost on our tight schedule. I called Sean and said “I wanna change the flooring I picked out!” Not a problem! There’s literally nothing that these guys can’t handle. Robin met me in my work parking lot to decide on flooring. We weren’t able to meet the installation team for an hour difference and they locked our home and made sure our garage was locked. When it came time to check out the new floors they were sparkling. Just an all around great experience. Hire these guys- they do what they say they’ll do and then some more.
