Working with them was a breeze! Made it so easy to choose between different options. There were nothing but good options :) we opted for carpets to be replaced in our home. The carpet they use is high quality and treated to be water resistant! So if a spill happens, it beads up instead of soaking into the carpet. 10/10 recommend!

Carlos was the installer and he was prompt, courteous, and did a beautiful job. Recently needed a new floor and interacted with several contractors in the process, FCI stood out for being the most professionally run, responsive and nimble operation of them all. With the cherry on top being their showroom on wheels coming right to your doorstep allowing you to see product samples in your own space. Joe, the President and owner of the franchise, is an absolute delight to deal with and an all around great guy. He is himself very knowledgable and has access to an even deeper wealth of knowledge in his production manager who has decades of industry specific experience in the local region. This is a locally run small business that deploys the modern day tools, expertise and professionalism that many bigger outfits are lacking. FCI ensures that all installations are to manufacturer specifications and stands behind the quality of the products sold by them by providing support with servicing the manufacturer warranties, they also provide limited time warranties on their installation services. I highly recommend working with them.

Searched for a few months to find someone to come install carpet in a room I had just remodeled. First and foremost, I will admit that it is a very awkwardly shaped room, so I wasn’t expecting it to be ultra cheap. However, after getting some cost proposals from your typical carpet install companies (Lowe’s, Home Depot) I was absolutely shocked at their prices and questioned the quality of materials they were proposing to use. A friend of mine had used Justin with Floor Coverings International for their house in early 2025 and had nothing but great things to say. I called Justin directly and spoke to him about my project and he came up a day later to review. We had a formal quote sent to us within an hour of him leaving our house. He was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We actually ended up receiving much higher quality carpet padding and carpet for a much more reasonable price than the big box stores. Justin made this experience really great. From the first day he came to review the space, till the final installation and final cleanup, the process only took 1 week. Crazy fast how they came together so quickly and got our installation done 4 days before Thanksgiving. Great company, great owner. Have already referred other friends and family to him for their flooring projects.

When searching for new carpeting, we assumed the big box stores were our only option. Then a friend told us they had used FCI and had a great experience.
