I couldn’t be happier with my new floors! My whole house was done, and it turned out absolutely beautiful. The job needed extra work because a previous contractor caused some significant damage, but this company handled everything professionally and made it right. There were a few small challenges along the way, but they took care of each one right away and made sure I was happy. Mario, the Design Associate was great from start to finish—super responsive, organized, and easy to work with. Jenner, the installer, and his crew were awesome too—professional, kind, and expertly skilled. They even traveled several hours to get the job done. I’m so glad I went with them and would recommend them to anyone looking for great service and beautiful floors!

I am pleased to do a review and intend to do further business with Floor Coverings International in Barrie ON. I chose this company to have our basement family room and stairway carpeted. I chose them because of the high ratings and positive feedback from their customers. They responded immediately and brought samples to our home. On day of install they arrived on time as scheduled and within hours our old carpeting was replaced with beautiful quality carpeting. They did a great job installing it and also removing/disposing of the old carpet. We are pleased with the quality and appearance of our new carpeting. WOW!!!!! Great customer service from Mark when we made the decision to purchase a new floor to Pedro and his crew. They are all very professional and worked very efficiently. We love our new floors. We had 1000 sq feet of tile taken out and LVT installed. Best decision we made! They were done with the entire project in 3 days. I highly recommend this company and crew! Our bathroom floor was a disaster. The previous owner of our house had never taken a day off wood shop class, but I think he had an art degree, because he was very creative. The guy used stick on tiles to cover the floor. I spoke to Bear and explained what we were looking at. He came out and made some recommendations. I opted to attempt the install myself and it turned out to be a nightmare. Those Youtube videos make it look easy. It’s not. I called Bear and he sent an installer out. The installer had the issue straightened out and the new floor installed post haste. I would strongly recommend Floor Coverings International. They are great to work with and very professional.

We had an excellent experience with Floor Coverings International. The process was straightforward. We picked out the material for our floors, the materials were ordered and we waited for a call to set up installation. Installation went very smoothly. The installers were two wonderful gentlemen. They were professional, polite, really nice to our dog and very respectful of our property. We put hardwood in three bedrooms. Here’s how the Master bedroom came out.

Great communication, easy to work with, and job required baseboard trim after floor install because bathroom vanity was not yet installed. Mike and team were very prompt with scheduling completion of trim upon notification it could be done. Very pleased with all aspects of the work.

One of the easiest transactions ever from start to finish. To start you pick the day and time that works for you for a home estimate via the website. Second the day of the estimate you get to see samples in your home so you know if what you are buying works with your colors. The day of the install old flooring is removed and new flooring installed with the moving of furniture. I was blown away by how easy it all was and am completely satisfied with my purchase. Can't say enough about the entire process and this company.

Floor Coverings International is a great place to get your flooring. A representative came out first and measured our master bedroom and explained everything upfront. He brought samples of the LVP for us to choose from. The installers were very professional and did a perfect job. They moved a heavy dresser while installing which we appreciated because we are older. We’re very happy with our beautiful floors! They look fantastic. The price was very good and the LVP is great quality.
