We were able to bring multiple samples back and forth from our home.They were knowledgeable about the brands they carry and tech specs associated with each. They were very careful with moving my furniture pieces out of the way and moving the pieces back to where the pieces belonged. The team was very helpful to me also with doing a few easy tasks for me that I was unable to do myself ( replaced a burned out light bulb). After a horrible experience with our original contractor that delayed our move for nearly two months, David was truly a breath of fresh air. "We had the team come over to access the areas we hadn’t refloored in the past. That was a new concept focusing on smaller rooms and spots. They worked us through our catio, our pantry closets and the laundry room. They recommended good solutions and the pricing was totally reasonable."

"Jake and his team were outstanding. Jake came by to do the measurements and walked us through our options based on our budget and gave us some feedback on what to get with the reality of having an older dog and kids in the house. Once selected our product it took about a week and a half for the product to be ready. They helped move furniture out of the way to do their job and with large furniture in our basement wasn’t an easy task to do ourselves. Once they got the old carpeting up and out I personally chose to vacuum up and inspect the basement floor as it is a new home for us. Once they got started laying the pad down Jake the owner showed up and saw it was the wrong product, quickly made it right and still finished our basement project same day. They cleaned up after and left us with our desired carpeting that we're so happy about. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else to trust when it comes to flooring options."
