"We used floor coverings international after we had a leak from our air conditioner that did a bunch of damage to our ceiling walls and floors. We decided it was time to just redo the entire floor of the house and they did an amazing job. They installed LVP for us and then sanded, stained and put a runner on the stairs. They also sanded and stained the railings to match. It looks amazing and they did a great job of matching it to the floor that was on the other level of the house that had been done more than 10 years ago. Their teams were awesome. Always on time and worked very hard. I'm already planning to use them when we redo the carpet in the basement."

Tegan came to my house with samples, spent a lot of time getting to know exactly what I was looking for and continued sending other samples I may like. She was very patient and personable and very knowledgeable about her products. Shortly after my decision was made the flooring was put in. They first needed to remove my old tile and slate which, of course, caused considerable dust, then my new beautiful floor was laid. They then sent out a cleaning crew to handle all of that dust. "For context, I had gotten a condo back in 2019. A lot of work had to be done after I acquired it, including the floors. The problem I had was half of the condo’s floors used some old wood that I wasn’t a fan of, as well as non existing sub flooring that would make the tenants suite downstairs shake everytime I waked on it. As soon as I met Taylor who measured, inspected the place, he was very thorough on measuring the floors, and giving me a lot of options. Super friendly guy too! When I had floor coverings international replace the floor with a new wood that I’m a fan of, they did a spectacular job on everything. Everytime we found a new problem with the floors, they would come up with a solution on the spot and always run it with me. Annette would always be the one to run it with me and update me on that, and give me some recommendation and advice for long term decisions. Cesar who mostly worked on the floor would always update me on what was happening, would always make our lives easier and was very easy to work with (despite our ac breaking in this terrible heatwave) Again, I am very satisfied with the end result. The new floors feel great walk on and it looks great. My cats love it. Something I would proudly make my guests on bare footed haha. One of the best decisions I made when upgrading the condo. "We booked a job with Aiden, he had a lot of great floor samples to pick from and Aiden really took his time and let us choice the right one. The job was completed a few weeks later. We did our whole downstairs, it included demo of tile and carpet removal. The job was completed in 6 days and they did an excellent job.
