Floor Coverings International (FCI) just completed our Living Room carpet installation and it looks amazing! My husband and I are extremely happy and pleased with the work that Gama and his team from FCI did! We had a flood in our basement three (3) days before the installation date, so we called and asked them if we could reschedule. FCI was very accommodating and rescheduled us for the following week. On the installation day, Gama and his team arrived promptly at 11 am, moved the heavy furniture out of the LR and began their work. They were completely finished by 1 pm with everything, including the clean-up! We didn’t have to do anything except admire our gorgeous new LR carpet! This is the second time we’ve had work done by FCI and Gama! I also wanted to thank Dave P, our sales rep, and Abby, who does the ordering, scheduling and everything else in between, a huge thank you for everything they did! We plan to have other rooms in our house done and based on our experiences with FCI, we will be calling on them again! If you decide to use FCI, I will guarantee that you will have a great experience and you will love your new flooring!

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Tom was super responsive, came out the next morning after being contacted, presented great options and arranged to have the install done within 2 business days. The installation crew led by Connor arrived right on time, got the job done within the time promised and performed the work in a neat and organized fashion. They covered up all of the area from the garage to the bathroom with tarps to make sure nothing got dirty and the finished product was even better than expected. Pricing is very fair and I can see why they are rated so high in customer service. We will definitely use them again on our next project!

Our full experience with FCI was exceptional. The one hiccup we had, Dave, Abby, Glenn, and Art resolved super quickly and the final product turned out phenomenal. Highly recommend Glenn and Art as installers, they were polite, professional, and are very skilled. Dave and Abby were both amazing partners and helped answer all of our questions.

Floor Covering International is an awesome company that really works for the customer and provides a product of high quality. The sales person, scheduler, installer, and accounts receivable provided customer service and communications beyond excellent. FCL is an exceptional company. I highly recommend this company for flooring needs. On a scale of one to ten...I would score them 10+

We wanted new carpet to prep our house to sell. Tom and Floor coverings International found some beautiful carpet that was a nice nuetral color and within our budget. It improved the look of our upstairs 100%. The install crew was fast and made sure that our doors closed well over the carpet. They even vaccuumed!

Tom helped set up the pricing and flooring for our home and did a great job. Shane installed the hardwood flooring in a day for a large room and looks beautiful. We are very happy with the outcome.
