Floor Coverings International was absolutely amazing to work with on our new floors! Communication was outstanding throughout the entire process. We always knew what was happening, what to expect, and what was required of us every step of the way. The owner, Matt, personally stepped in to conduct our initial consultation when there was a scheduling issue with his salesperson. In addition, one of the sales team members delivered our flooring when the regular driver was out of state. These actions truly demonstrate how much everyone in the company cares about their customers and takes pride in providing exceptional service. Glen, the installer, did a phenomenal job with the installation. His workmanship was excellent, and he cleaned up so thoroughly afterward that it was as if he had never been there. The entire team was dedicated, knowledgeable, caring, and highly communicative. I would absolutely recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone looking for new flooring, and I will definitely use them again in the future!”

We had Sally Terhark from Floor Coverings International Oak Creek come to our house in May. She came and did measurements and showed us sample flooring. Our floors were original from 1987 so we wanted an upgrade. The price we were quoted was so much lower than we budgeted for! We couldn’t believe it so we had the entire house done instead of just the old linoleum kitchen. Thanks to the team of Sally, Gama and Connor we have beautiful LVP in the house except two bedrooms we put in new carpet. In three weeks between talking to Sally we had flooring going in. It took Connor and Gama three days to knock out the flooring! These guys do not stop for anything. You don’t even hear them go to lunch. Awesome crew. We’re grateful.

Really loved working with Dave. He brings great thoughtfulness and care to his work and interactions with potential and current customers. He paid attention to my asks up front, provided a few samples that fit what I was looking for while not overwhelming me with choice, and is just generally an enjoyable person to be around. Great partner. Our carpet installers, Gama and Antonio, really busted their butts removing two floors of carpet and installing new padding and carpet over a long, 10-hr day. We're really happy with the final product.
