My entire experience with floor coverings international was great, starting with the sales representative Tom! Tom was very professional, respectful and receptive to all my concerns that I had in what kind of carpet I was looking for. Throughout the process I changed my mind a few times on the color we wanted, and Tom was very accommodating and did not make me feel like it was an inconvenience. He was very quick and thorough when it came to writing up the quote each time I changed it. The crew that came over and installed the carpet was Gama, and they were also professional and respectful. They did a great job and I couldn’t be more pleased with the final result. The carpet is great quality and the memory foam pad underneath is very comfortable! All in all I’m very satisfied with everything and would recommend this company to those looking for flooring to be installed!

I had an appointment done with the salesman, they gave me an estimate. The salesman wanted half on the spot. There was no itemized bill. I paid the half,, that was my fault. It took them 3 days to schedule me, I canceled ,called a real family owned company, cost me a third less. Would not recommend

We just had our floors replaced on the main level of our home with LVP and they look amazing! Shane did a great job with the install and the salesman Dave did well explaining the process. Everything went smoothly and we love our new floors!

It was a great experience from beginning to end. Chris came to me on his day off and found the perfect carpet for our needs. He went through everything with us, and was able to get the carpet ordered quickly and installed before we moved into our house. Gama and his installation team were quick, knowledgeable, and professional. They did a great job and we are so pleased work our new carpet! Thank you so much Chris!

We had a wonderful experience with Floor Coverings International from start to finish. We had to replace our flooring due to a dishwasher leak, and FCI was there to help us every step of the way throughout the process. Dave P. was fantastic to work with during the selection process. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, answered all of our questions, and helped us choose flooring that was the perfect fit for our home. Connor and his installation team did an outstanding job. Connor is incredibly hardworking, takes great pride in his craftsmanship, and was respectful of our home throughout the entire installation. He kept the work area clean, communicated well, and paid close attention to every detail. The entire project was completed professionally, and we couldn't be happier with the results.
