Had the pleasure of having them upgrade my carpet to wood flooring and could not be more happy with the result. the process was quick and clean and the staff all around were so cool to work with. from pricing to completion there was never any surprises or attempts to upsell us. i’ll be working with them again in the future for our next flooring project.

We were very happy with our flooring with Floor Coverings International. Dave was very kind, thorough and knowledgeable about the product. He also was extremely patient when going over samples with us. He even went out to the car several times to get us additional samples. The gentleman who did the installation were also very professional and did a great job. They also completed the job in a timely manner. We will definitely use Floor Coverings again for our next flooring project and highly recommend them to others! Very happy with the final results!

The whole process of decision and installation was very smooth! Special appreciation to Abby and Ally. Any issue that popped up was immediately solved by Abby. FCI was recommended to us by our designer at Steinhafels. Our sales representative, Dave, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. He walked us through several options and remained patient while we decided which route to take. After that, we placed our order and everything went like clockwork from there. The office called to schedule our installation date, and they sent out a team to look over our job and sent specifics about our job to the installation team. They were also both so kind and knowledgeable. On installation day, Glen and Art were fabulous. Got right to work, made some on the spot decisions about our transition spots and were finished in good time. They cleaned any mess and were on their way. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for top level sales, installation and quality in their floor coverings!
