I am so happy with my experience with Floor Coverings International (FCI)! When my husband I moved into our home we immediately knew we wanted to get rid of the carpets but didn't know how much it would cost. FCI was the only place that got back to us and was willing to give us an estimate. We worked with Sally, the design associate, who was SO KIND and knowledgable! Due to unforseen circumstances, we had to postpone the project and Sally was very understanding. Two years later, we had the funds to do the project and we reached out and it was like no time had passed. She still had the measurements and was able to get us updated estimates and connect us with the production manager, Abby, to schedule our project within our ideal timeframe. Shane, the installer, was so skilled and professional. We are thrilled with the results and everyday I walk across our new floors I'm happy and grateful for everyone at FCI who helped bring this project to fruition. It has completely transformed the way we experience our home and I love it. Thank you!!!

We were highly satisfied from start to finish! Having floor samples come to us was a big plus. Dave was knowledgeable, patient, and helpful as he guided us in the decision making process. Abby kept us posted along the way. Gama’s affable team made the installation process efficient and flawless. Dave returned when the job was finished for a final inspection. We are completely happy with the results of our new carpet, and highly recommend Floor Coverings International!

This is our third project with floor coverings. We won’t go anywhere else for our flooring needs. They always are amazing to work with. Priced fair. And the end result is always perfect. The installers are always incredible and professional. Glen even figured out how to do a stair project that was originally thought to be impossible. You won’t be disappointed going with them!

Highly recommend FCI for any and all flooring projects! We went with FCI for a project that has been on our list for a few years, and we're extremely happy with the results! Out of all the vendors we had worked with to get estimates on our project, FCI was by far the easiest to work with. I also appreciated how much they communicated with me along the way, and they've got a solid team of experts. Will definitely be reaching out again for future projects!
