After a successful stint in telecom, Dave followed his passion for home improvement. What Dave loves most about his role is helping customers find the perfect flooring solution to enhance their homes. His dedication to service and problem-solving shines through in every project. Outside of work, you’ll find Dave enjoying outdoor music events, touring classic car shows, or traveling with his family to cheer for the Brewers on the road. His goal is to visit all 30 stadiums and has made it to 9 so far! Abby’s journey spans across states and continents, from Racine to Madison, and even a stint in Germany and Arizona due to military life. With a background in psychology and human services, Abby’s knack for organization and efficiency shines through in her role. Abby’s connection to Floor Coverings International stems from her sister Ally’s involvement, recognizing Abby’s invaluable organizational skills. Since joining the team in June 2021, Abby has thrived on problem-solving and spreadsheet wizardry, ensuring seamless workflow and efficiency. Off-duty, Abby’s passions include quilting, reading, and cherishing moments with her children. With a penchant for pizza, sandwiches, and sweet liquors, Abby’s tastes are as diverse as her talents. Her educational voyage led her to downtown Chicago, where she majored in Communications with a focus on Christian service. Before transitioning to home improvement, Sally honed her skills as a Manager at the prestigious Pfister Hotel’s WELL Spa & Salon. There, she mastered the art of hospitality, ensuring no detail was overlooked. Today, she channels that same dedication into refreshing living spaces, infusing them with warmth and personality. As a Design Associate, Sally thrives on storytelling through interiors, spacemaking, and hospitality. She relishes the challenge of listening intently to clients’ needs and crafting unique solutions that exceed expectations. Outside the office, Sally’s creative spirit shines through her love for music, sailing, baking, and exploring the outdoors with her son.
