We had a wonderful experience with Floor Coverings International from start to finish. We had to replace our flooring due to a dishwasher leak, and FCI was there to help us every step of the way throughout the process. Dave P. was fantastic to work with during the selection process. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, answered all of our questions, and helped us choose flooring that was the perfect fit for our home. Connor and his installation team did an outstanding job. Connor is incredibly hardworking, takes great pride in his craftsmanship, and was respectful of our home throughout the entire installation. He kept the work area clean, communicated well, and paid close attention to every detail. The entire project was completed professionally, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We highly recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone looking for quality flooring and exceptional customer service.

Our floors and carpet are beautiful. Shane was wonderful. He was professional,kind and knowledgeable. He explained everything to us and you could tell he enjoyed his job. We wish Shane could do all of the renovation in our home. Patricia was very helpful and kind!! Tom was very honest and explained everything so well! Tom didn’t hide anything. We were really impressed with FCI and the work we had done after a water damage insurance claim. Our hardwood floor had to be replaced in half of our kitchen, then sanded and stained to match the rest of the living areas. It was a big job! The new wide hickory planks seamlessly transition to the old, and the finishing work made it all look brand new! You would never notice that we had previous damage. All the contractors were very kind and helpful and eager to please and answer any questions we had! Paul, Connor, Bill, and the entire team did a fantastic job! Thank you so much!

Floor Coverings International was absolutely amazing to work with on our new floors! Communication was outstanding throughout the entire process. We always knew what was happening, what to expect, and what was required of us every step of the way. The owner, Matt, personally stepped in to conduct our initial consultation when there was a scheduling issue with his salesperson. In addition, one of the sales team members delivered our flooring when the regular driver was out of state. These actions truly demonstrate how much everyone in the company cares about their customers and takes pride in providing exceptional service. Glen, the installer, did a phenomenal job with the installation. His workmanship was excellent, and he cleaned up so thoroughly afterward that it was as if he had never been there. The entire team was dedicated, knowledgeable, caring, and highly communicative. We had Sally Terhark from Floor Coverings International Oak Creek come to our house in May. She came and did measurements and showed us sample flooring. Our floors were original from 1987 so we wanted an upgrade. The price we were quoted was so much lower than we budgeted for! We couldn’t believe it so we had the entire house done instead of just the old linoleum kitchen. Thanks to the team of Sally, Gama and Connor we have beautiful LVP in the house except two bedrooms we put in new carpet. In three weeks between talking to Sally we had flooring going in. It took Connor and Gama three days to knock out the flooring! These guys do not stop for anything. You don’t even hear them go to lunch. Awesome crew. We’re grateful.
