From beginning to end FCI was a pleasure to work with on my flooring projects. I say projects because I originally was only thinking I would pick one of the many floors I wanted to change but after working with Dave at my home going through all the options I decided to do them all. Then, with three large projects, I was told it would all be done in one day. We didn't think it was possible, but it was. The installer was professional, fast, and amazing to work with. FCI followed through on every step, every promise and was responsive to every question. All my new flooring is beautiful and I love walking into rooms I despised and would ignore before. I would highly recommend FCI. Give them a shot at beautifying your home too.

We had floor coverings international do our upstairs a year before we did our downstairs and absolutely love our floors. We have a dog and many dogs visit our house and the flooring holds up fabulously. We used engineered hardwood with the grain and look of real wood and get many compliments from all our visitors. We have no thresholds they matched our entire first floor, and the installer Jason was genius. Look at the Fireplace picture. He framed out our fireplace. We could not be happier.!

Floor Covering International did a wonderful job of installing a new LVP floor in my kitchen, bath and foyer and carpeting on my stairs and hallway. Sally was great to work with in selecting the products to be installed. Great craftsmanship. I love my new floors!

After 28 years, we decided to have carpeting replaced in one of our spare bedrooms. After exploring options at a few local well-known flooring companies, we decided to visit an FCI showroom. From the moment we walked in, we felt comfortable with the staff and excited about the flooring options. The on-site visit and measuring process was both easy and very professional. The installation and clean-up process was terrific; and the project outcome is outstanding. We will be more than happy to work with FCI in the future.

We are very happy with our new carpet selection. The staff at FCI were pleasant, professional, and helpful from start to finish. The only part of the experience that fell short was the installation process. The installers needed to return twice because the carpet lifted at the transition to our existing wood flooring in multiple spots. They were cooperative and able to correct the issue using a different installation method, which makes us wonder why that method was not used from the start. While the problem was ultimately resolved, the additional visits created inconvenience and affected our confidence in the installation process. We hope FCI considers this feedback to prevent similar issues for future customers.

I had been searching around for just the right flooring, actually for a couple of years. I ran into Dave and he started telling me about floor coverings international. I told him I had been looking for the right floor but I couldn't seem to make up my mind. I also stated it was hard to get my husband and I out to the stores looking with our busy schedule. This is when I learned they came to me. Dave brought options to the home, we were able to see what they would look like in our home, and my family was there so everybody could put their input in. We decided on which floor we wanted, and seamlessly it was placed into our home before the holidays. Highly recommend and very satisfied!
