Dave went out of his way to come to my home on a busy weekend right after the flooding in Muskego. He brought all his samples and helped pick out something to match my existing woodwork and wall color. He was so easy to work with. Thanks Dave!!

Excellent service and craftsmanship from Trent, who installed our laminate floor and baseboards. He was polite, friendly and fast. Same service and quality from Gamma and his crew, who installed our carpeting beautifully, and then moved all our furniture back to its original location. These guys are hard workers and deserve a shout-out for their exceptional attention to detail.

We hired Floor Coverings International for a large home project involving both carpet and hardwood installation. The end result turned out beautifully, we couldn’t be happier with the results and the quality of the work. They were very accommodating to our schedule requests and the communication throughout the entire process was excellent. We did have a minor issue after installation, but their team was extremely responsive and took care of it quickly and completely the next day. Excellent service and craftsmanship, highly recommend!

Absolutely, 100% satisfied customer, I highly recommend! I worked with Floor Coverings International in Oak Creek, WI after an unfortunate plumbing leak trashed the wood floors on the main level of my house in 2022. I would absolutely use them again, and in fact, I recently just requested a quote to extend our Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring into an additional area of the house. Key reasons we liked with Dave P and his team at FCI: - family-oriented and friendly approach from the entire team - reasonable pricing and great value for our investment - the FCI team was extremely easy to work with through the entire process, from the initial sales call to the final inspection and walk-through - several very good recommendations were made by the FCI team - some of which we implemented, some of which we deferred on (only because we were already spending a ton of $$ on flood repairs) And the most important reason - our new floors LOOK GREAT and have stood up nicely since they were installed 3 1/2 years ago! We have a very old dog (17) who is now incontinent, and while we're not thrilled about the indoor "accidents", cleanup is quick and easy with these great LVP floors. We recently used Flooring Coverings International for engineered hardwood floors in my home office, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant, competent, and professional—Dave, our salesman, was very knowledgeable and used his expertise to help us narrow down what we wanted; Abby, in the office, kept me in the loop at every step and was always a delight to talk to; and the installers, Glen and Art, were hard working and got the job done in less time than expected. The end result looks beautiful, and the process was stress-free. I would absolutely recommend FCI to anyone looking for quality flooring and outstanding service!

We are so impressed with our new carpeting- from our first meeting with Dave to look at samples and get measurements, to our installation process with Barry, to the final reveal- we are so impressed. The quality of the work and the product exceeded our expectations! We opted for pet friendly carpeting in which liquids bead up onto of the carpeting rather than soaking in. We look forward to doing two more rooms later this summer. We highly recommend Floor Coverings International Franklin, Dave Paeske and his team.

We can’t say enough great things about this company. Dave responded promptly, did a thorough inspection of our problem, gave us a fair and reasonable quote, and followed up diligently throughout our installation process. Likewise, Abbey, their scheduler, made sure that she understood what we wanted done, and worked patiently with our schedule. Lastly, their installers were terrific. A special thanks to Gamma and his crew, who arrived on time, worked very efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves like professionals. We would hire them again in a heartbeat.
