After what we thought was a very good initial meeting (which now just feels like it was a good sales pitch) we had issues every step of the way. They installed baseboards poorly and did it after the carpet was installed so the final product looks "wavy". They even agreed that it shouldn't been installed in that order but it was too late to fix. The "caulking" work on the trim was so poorly done, it would've just been easier to do it ourselves (photos as proof). We had to insist on multiple rounds of re-work and remain rather disappointed with the quality still. The alleged pet friendly carpet is already fraying (weeks after install). With all of this rework and issues, they didn't try to remedy the final cost as it was just so poorly done.

I needed to have the hardwood floors in my living room and hallway refinished. Dan and everyone at Floor Coverings International was super easy to work with and did high quality work, the floors came out amazing! Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use again, they were much easier to work with than some of the other floor refinishing companies in the area.

Floor Coverings International installed all new floors and carpet throughout the house I just moved into. The sales process was very friendly and efficient and there was no pressure to buy, just great education on options. The installation went really well and the team installing was very friendly. The quality of the floors and carpet is exactly as I hoped and the price was right. They even offered to install all new heating vents and registers. Highly recommend a Floor Coverings International for all your flooring needs.

Working with this company was wonderful! Dan and Jason have been so great in helping me get this project complete. Everyone involved, including the installers, were polite, knowledgeable and on time. The entire job (2 bedrooms, 2 walk in closets, living room, dining room and stairs) was done and cleaned up in one day! Amazing!

Floor Coverings International was amazing! My fiancé and I recently bought a house and needed to replace the carpet quickly because it had a strong odor. The team at Floor Coverings International was incredibly helpful, they assisted us right away and replaced the carpet fast, all at a great price. We’re very happy with the results and highly recommend them. We’d definitely use their services again!

We had an excellent experience with Dan who was friendly and knowledge! after having a horrible experience with another company, we were a bit hesitant at first. Dan came out to us as expected. he understood or concerns and needs. that everything from start to finish went smoothly. The job was scheduled with Jason in a timely manner and the installation was amazing. The carpet is perfect, looks seamless and the installers were friendly and professional. we highly recommend them!!

Working with Floor Coverings International was a very smooth process. These are the guys who need recognition: DAN, JASON, TONY and his partner and ALEX. Dan was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient and honest while working with us as we decided on our carpet selection. Dan didn't hesitate for a moment to come back to our house to discuss additional questions we had. Each time we communicated with Dan he was extremely prompt in getting back to us and handled the overall project professionally. Next, Jason contacted us to schedule an installation date. He was so patient, kind and extremely accommodating with our installation date. Only three weeks later we had our carpeting installed. Tony and his partner did an amazing job of installing the carpet so the seams are barley noticable. He also installed the carpeting on our staircase in a different way that makes the steps look very polished and elegant. They were here all day and didn't leave until our furniture was back in place. Yes, Tony and his partner moved our heavy furniture back in place when they could have finished with the install and gone home to eat dinner after a long day. They even removed pieces of furniture that I wanted moved over 4 inches. They were both so patient and kind. Overall, Tony and his partner did a wonderful job. They were careful, knowledgeable and experienced. After the installation both Dan and Alex followed up with us to make sure everything went well. Alex did extensive searching to perfectly match the transition strip with our current wood floor. He also made trips to Home Depot to perfectly match the baseboard color and shape. Alex did a beautiful job of painting all the new baseboards. He set up a time to come back to install our new baseboards, transition strip and to do a final walk thru. Alex's work was done perfectly and thoroughly. Each time I communicated with Alex he was prompt in calling me back, extremely accommodating, so kind and professional. Our new carpet is soft, cushiony and beautiful. It has completely transformed our space. Working with Dan, Jason, Alex, Tony and his partner was a very pleasant and positive experience. We will definitely work with them again in the future.
