​This is not your average flooring company—they are a massive cut above the rest. ​We live in a 1970s home where every single room was a different height and had a different covering, ranging from old carpeting to multiple layers of linoleum. It was a daunting project that I didn’t want to touch, but the team at Floor Coverings International came in and truly sold the dream. ​Literally the same week I signed, contractors were in my home working harder than anyone I've ever seen. They transformed our 1,300 sq. ft. home in just three days—from tear-down to finishing work and cleanup. That included hauling out all the old flooring, moving appliances and toilets, leveling the subfloors to a uniform surface, and installing a beautiful oak luxury vinyl tile that runs seamlessly from room to room. No more awkward step-ups, kick plates, or transition strips—just gorgeous flooring. ​I initially got quotes from four different companies and had actually chosen Carpet One first. But after my salesperson was let go and they completely lost my paperwork, I was sweating bullets because we are remodeling to sell and on a tight timeline. Dan at Floor Coverings International stepped in and saved the day. He and his contractors are incredibly hardworking and absolute masters of their craft. I cannot recommend them enough!

Jason had great communication and was able to schedule us in very quickly after I reached out to him about refinishing our hardwood floors. They turned out beautifully!

Not that I live anywhere near here, so I would not be a customer. However, I did notice this business owner's wife and her cruelty toward another mom in a Facebook group. As a result, I would personally hesitate to recommend it. She has some really nasty and ugly things to say to a woman she doesn't even know. Surprisingly, people can be so ugly and not think twice before posting publicly. It's giving...MEAN GIRL ENERGY. Have the day you deserve, RACHEL RADUE. Thanks!

We had a wonderful experience with Floor Coverings International. They were professional and after resurfacing our floors, left the rooms clean. They floors are beautiful again. We highly recommend them.

This was the 2nd time using FCI and it was as easy as pie! Dan listened to my wants and needs and helped me make the selections from the samples he brought in. The price was fair and near what I was expecting. Tony did an excellent job with the installations. I am so happy with the results and the entire process! I wouldn't shop anywhere else or any other way. A satisfying experience!

FCI was very good to deal with. Dan was a great sales person, he gave suggestions without pushing and trying to up sell us to higher priced options. Their price quote was better than the other ones we received. Install went great, Jason was our project manager and he kept us informed of things and answered our text questions promptly. Best of all our carpet looks fabulous!
