FCI was very good to deal with. Dan was a great sales person, he gave suggestions without pushing and trying to up sell us to higher priced options. Their price quote was better than the other ones we received. Install went great, Jason was our project manager and he kept us informed of things and answered our text questions promptly. Best of all our carpet looks fabulous!

We had new carpet installed in our basement, including stairs, and from start to finish had an excellent experience. Dan brought many samples to the home consultation and was very informative. Installation only took a few hours and looks impeccable. From our research their pricing was also fair and competitive. Altogether, the process took less than a month and theyre great with communication. Highly recommend these guys.
