We had flooring installed throughout our entire home by Floor Coverings International and the experience was absolutely fantastic! Glenn, the owner, brought the showroom right into our home and helped us pick out the right flooring for our needs. He was at our home throughout the installation process making sure everything was running smoothly. Tom, the office manager, made scheduling and communication effortless. The installation team of Leo and Marco, was outstanding! Leo led the effort and kept us updated on everything that was going on and made sure we were happy with how things were progressing. Leo took the time to eliminate every single squeak in our subfloor before putting down the LVP and carpet flooring, this was something that was very important to us. Leo showed incredible attention to detail in every aspect of the job. Marco worked extremely hard with great skill helping to contribute to the final result. They were all very polite and wonderful to work with! Our floors look amazing and the entire team made the process smooth and enjoyable. We highly recommend Floor Coverings International of Appleton to anyone seeking quality flooring and a team that genuinely cares about their work! Thank you Glenn, Leo, Marco, and Tom for exceeding our expectations! Five plus stars!!

Our experience with Floor Coverings International was excellent. Glenn and Tom listen to the customer, are responsive, and follow through on what they say they will do. The installers work hard, are tidy when they work and do an outstanding job. Overall, we are thrilled with our new carpet from Floor Coverings international of Appleton!

Everything went very smoothly. It took me awhile to decide what to do and everyone was very patient with me. I am considering doing my kitchen an bathroom floors yet this year and will definitely go with you!
