Glen came out with samples and my wife found what she wanted.we ordered a bigger sample so we could get a better idea. Our price included removing and replacing our bedroom furniture, removing existing carpet and pad and laying new carpet and pad. The installers Marco and Leo did an excellent job. Very efficient laying down tarps to protect our kitchen and living room floors as they removed old carpet and pad. They installed new carpet and left the extra rolled up in the garage. We will call FCI for our next flooring project.

Their team was professional, communicated well throughout the project, and delivered quality workmanship on schedule. We recently moved into the area and were referred to FCI by a neighbor. What a refreshing experience compared to a big box store. Tom came right to our home with flooring samples in hand to assist us with picking out just the right carpet and LVT flooring for our space. Leo, the installer, was personable, professional and reliable. Tom visiting our home after the install to inspect the work himself, ensuring the install was done properly. Their prices were even reasonable. We will not hesitate to use them again.
