I had Floor Coverings International install new carpet in my basement, and they did an amazing job from start to finish. The whole team was professional, friendly, and very caring with everything they did. I needed the work done fast before Thanksgiving, and they promised they would make it happen, and they truly delivered. They explained the process clearly, worked clean, and made the whole project very easy for me. The quality of the carpet and the installation both look beautiful. We worked with Glenn at floor covering international and his installation team run by J.C. Our initial consultation and measurement went great and all the pricing and project expectations were straightforward. Before moving forward I found a new carpet I liked better and asked Glenn if he was able to get it for us. He was honest and said he would have to check with his inventory holder. He was quick to call me back and we were able to get the carpet on order and set a date for install much sooner than I expected and I was greatful for the quicker turn around. Soon installation day came and JC appeared with his crew. They were all polite and professional. The carpet we had chosen was a specialty carpet with a waterproof backing so it was not your standard install. After a few bumps and recuts the installation was complete. The installation took some days but with redoing our entire living space including closets it was time well spent to have the carpet professionally installed to customer satisfaction. I am extremely pleased with the final results. I highly recommend Glenn at Floor Coverings International for your next project.

We had Floor Coverings international install new carpeting in our sunroom this week and they did a fantastic job. It was super convenient having Glenn come to our home with his samples. He had a great selection to choose from and the new carpeting matches perfectly. The guys who came to do the installation were very polite and friendly. They moved out the furniture before starting and they put down tarps on our other floors to protect them when they were working. They cleaned up and moved the furniture back in when they were done. Glenn was here at the end of the job to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We will definitely be using Floor Coverings International for our future flooring needs.

We enjoyed having a mobile flooring company come right to our house. Working with Glen Wells and also the installation crew was great! We had visited two flooring stores before hearing about Flooring Coverings International and never found precisely what we were looking for. In a short time, in the comfort of our home, we have beautiful flooring selected. Glen made it so easy by narrowing down what we wanted, bringing in samples, and guiding us through what to expect during the installation. It was a great experience all around.
