As an engineer turned flooring pro, Glenn brings a sharp eye for detail and a love of problem-solving to every project. Whether he’s helping a homeowner find the perfect flooring or fine-tuning a tricky install, he’s all about getting it just right.
Before starting Floor Coverings International of Appleton, Glenn ran a metal fabrication shop in Green Bay—an experience that taught him the value of great service, hard work, and genuine connections.
These days, he loves combining his passion for home improvement with helping people create spaces they truly enjoy. When he’s not working, you’ll find him up north with Angela and the family—fishing, biking, or cruising the lake on the pontoon—and catching local live music whenever he can.
Angela keeps Floor Coverings International of Appleton running smoothly with her knack for organization, marketing, and creating great customer experiences. With a background in operations, finance, and analytics, she loves finding smart ways to make every project seamless and stress-free.
She’s passionate about helping people love where they live—and has a soft spot for those “wow” before-and-after moments that completely transform a space.
Outside of work, you’ll find her cheering on their sons, Evan and Alex, at sporting events, getting her energy out in Zumba or yoga, or relaxing up north with a good book or puzzle. She and Glenn also love supporting local music and soaking up the community fun around the Fox Valley.
Alex and Evan love helping out with the family business. You’ll see them at community events, in the neighborhoods, or lending a hand in the warehouse—hauling away old flooring, delivering materials, and learning as they go. We’re teaching them what it means to work hard, take pride in what you do, and take good care of customers.
