Our sales representative Tyler was very knowledgeable and helped us pick out the perfect floors. Our installation teams were also very skilled and did an excellent job on installing our floors. The office staff always kept me up to date on the schedule. Highly recommend this company .

We had a positive experience with the entire team! Tyler did an excellent and thorough job during our in home consultation explaining our different options and listening to what we needed/wanted and why. I really appreciate that he only suggested choices that aligned with our desires and didn't try to push a product we had no interest in. Danielle did a wonderful job communicating status updates and relaying information. She was able to expedite our product order and the installation team was able to begin the work much sooner than expected. Alex and his team were the true stars of this experience. They were able to start early and they finished laying the floors for our entire house in basically what amounted to 2 solid days of work. In the fairness of disclosure and realistic expectations, I should note that we just bought the house and it was still empty. Regardless, the installation team did an excellent job and we are thrilled with our new LVP floors!!

We purchased carpeting and luxury plank vinyl over a year ago from floor coverings international. The carpet is exactly what they said. We were told it would be like walking on a cloud. I was very skeptical at first but it is absolutely wonderful. The plank vinyl has worn well and we are very pleased with it. After a year and a half it shows absolutely no wear. We have a dog that runs across it and slides and she is not putting a dent or scratch in it. The crews that came to install the vinyl were very courteous and detail-oriented. When they were done they were careful to make sure everything was spotless. Floor was swept and mopped. Carpet was vacuumed. And every piece of furniture was put back where it had been before. I highly recommend this company and their product.

We had our walk-in closet carpet replaced with Cali vinyl longboards. The installer was excellent, a true craftsman. They dealt with the crawlspace access panel with ease, and it looks amazing! The office staff was professional and answered all our questions. We would definitely recommend Floor Covering International to anyone with a flooring project!

At first they called me and told me that the carpet layer that was to install my carpet quit. Well of course I was very upset because my house was a mess waiting for the carpet. Danielle in their office did all that she could. We'll to my surprise they found someone and my carpet was layer a day earlier. These layers worked until 930 in the evening. They did a wonderful job. My furniture was placed in order and my carpet looks so good. I would definitely would refer anybody to them. Wonderful people to deal with and the price was good. Thank you will definitely call you if I need something else done. 5 🌟
