You definitely pay a premium for the convenience, but the carpet product is top notch. Install was super smooth. I was impressed how quickly it all went. I wouldn't hesitate to use again for convenience and quality. Dogs and cats love it!

Floor Coverings International replaced our hardwood floors and backsplash after a water leak and they were great to work with. Nothing goes smooth with an insurance claim but during the whole process I was always relieved when Artur, with FCI showed up because I knew he would do great work and make things right. I can't say enough about Artur's craftsmanship and detail. A contractor who works on a project as if it was his own home is a rare find. We love our wood floors and backsplash, thank you Artur!

Great work. The floor was just as nice as the sample we were shown. The workers came and worked professionally and politely. We got to view and select the flooring from home, which made it a lot easier. Both flooring teams deserve extra kudos.

Great experience with FCI! Communication was solid with each person on the team. Nancy patiently guided us through the sale, Toby coordinated the project, Mario and Caesar did the actual installation. Everyone was on time, super helpful and did a fantastic job. 5 Stars!

We love our new carpet! Even though the process didn't go as smoothly as we would have liked. The installers were very polite but had a hard time showing up on time.
