We had laminate flooring completed throughout our home. Floor Coverings International Spokane did a superb job. We met Brie at the Home and Garden Show. We then meet with Carter who went over our options and plans. From there we communicated with Garrett regarding scheduling. They were flexible with our schedule. The two gentlemen who completed the installation were very professional. They were polite, they cleaned up their areas after they completed their job and their work was excellent. We would definitely recommend them to our family and friends.

Just had Floor Coverings Int. finish 2100 sq ft of laminate flooring done to our house. Could not be happier with the end results. The whole team was a pleasure to work with from Carter who guided us in picking the right flooring to Raul the installer who did a fantastic job in just 5 days. Strongly recommend this company!

Recently I had the pleasure of a very friendly crew and attentive organization tackle a floor refinishing project for me. I have hard wood white oak floors that have been heavily oiled and then stained with a walnut colored finish. Within one day, they had the floors of the first two rooms sanded and finished in the most beautiful white oak blonde. We are restoring a 1935 craftsman farm house in stages. Floor Coverings International crew arrived several minutes early to evaluate the job and stuck to it with no dust sanding equipment. We were treated with respect and valued our needs when questioned were addressed. Phase two of our home remodeling project will, without question include Floor Coverings International. It's not an easy task to find a reliable contractor but we found a flooring specialist that delivers on their promises.

Floor Coverings International told me they had their OWN flooring installers. Only after I hired them to do my kitchen floor did I find out that they sub contracted the job out to Mayas Flooring. The communication was not good from start to finish. It was a chaotic experience to say the least.By the time the job was completed I was stressed to the max.I won't go into all the details but I cannot recommend this company. They are also very pricey.

When my water softener overflowed and ruined the floors I ask my maintenance advisor who to call for repairs and he quickly answered Floor Covering International. I called and Kimberlee was out in a few day with her truck load of samples. We picked what we wanted and had to wait to install it until invisible damage was repaired. We left the house since the whole house had to be re-done. We were so excited to get new floors so we could move back into our home and had to come several times during the installation day to see what they were doing. I was completely impressed with the installation crew in every way. They were polite and careful for our safety (we're elderly), they had a double crew that day and they worked together like a well choreographed dance. unloading and cutting outside and installing inside. They were totally professional and their craftsmanship was amazing. The floor they were taking up had not been well installed and they repaired every shortcut that had been taken before. The foreman would not compromise their work to cut any corner that had been left undone before. He reinstalled carpet in doorways that hadn't been done right. When they finished we have a a professional job that we can be proud of and will last us for many years. Thanks you Floor Coverings International, you are the the best.

The entire staff at Floor Coverings International are professional and responsive. They are a local small business and I highly recommend them. We were moving into a 1920s house with carpet in several rooms that was over 40 years old. Carter and Cam came for the initial assessment and estimate and provided lots of options for us. Once we put down deposit- it was less than 2 weeks before installation. Garrett helped us through the prep for installation and was very helpful. The installation crew was awesome - showed up on time and did a very thorough job. Cleaned up after - to include vacuum and debris removal. We plan to use this small business for future efforts.
