- 5-star recommendation…..complete customer satisfaction with Floor Coverings International. - A very professional, flexible and patiently run company. - Every member of the business we dealt with from the project planner, project supervisor and installation leader utilized decades of experience to bring perspective, insight and guidance to our flooring project. They were able to take the customer’s vision and turn it into reality. - From our first meeting to our last, along with every subsequent interaction, conversation and phone call in between, these individuals were there answering our every question. - Our first meeting was December 4, 2024 and floor demo began on January 20, 2025 (after ordered flooring material was received). - The estimated project duration was 3-5 days. The team utilized 6-days totaling ~17 hours over the course of a month (an additional material requirement was identified, ordered and delivered, plus the customer left for two weeks). Also, a challenging curved transition and minor wall repair pushed the overall project timeline into a sixth day. - As for the project supervisor and installation leader, their day-to-day crew (demo, LVP set, trim and transition work) stayed the same throughout allowing for consistency and relationship building with the customer. They always showed up with a smile, answered every question and always explained the work they were doing. They are diligent, hardworking and meticulous. - Budget/Cost. During our initial consult, we did not share our budget “window” with the project planner. After reviewing the work we wanted done, he came back with an itemized estimate, in writing, for us to review and it fell within our planned budget. Neither of the other two contractor consults we met were able to meet our budget. We appreciated the open communication throughout the entire process. Bottom line: Our flooring project finished on budget, within the time we expected and actually better than we imagined! - A couple "before" (carpet) and "after" (LVP) photos attached.

I have hired this company for floors 3 times. They do a good job with scheduling and I was very happy with how quickly they are able to install. The pricing was very fair and they are nice people to work with. Highly recommend!

Where do I start ? From the very beginning from having Justin come to our home to show us samples and give a quote, to scheduling to have Rena, Lilia and team come out and do the job was just awesome!! Can’t say enough how great this crew did and how pleased we are with how everything came out. If I could give me more than 5 stars I would !

I just want to thank the team at Floor Coverings International Southwest Seattle for a fantastic job installing our new Luxury Vinyl Planks. It’s wood grain pattern and color look beautiful. We’re very happy with it. I appreciate Courtney’s flexibility and patience in working with us as we worked out the details of what we wanted. Rena in particular, who was there most days to oversee the job, worked closely with us using her creativity and experience to work out the flooring trim details around an unusual and problematic spiral staircase landing. We really enjoyed her friendly professionalism and determination in ensuring we had the best solution. And I can’t say enough about the installation team who worked really hard leveling, prepping, and installing the floor, cleaning up at the end of every long day, and even doing a final thorough cleaning at the completion of the job. I had my carpets installed recently by this company. The consultation appointment was easy to schedule and they showed up ready with knowledge and samples. My carpets were installed within a week. Rena was there before installation and showed up multiple times throughout the day to make sure there were no issues. Any issue that did arise, she handled quickly and professionally. The company really makes you feel taken care of! I would hire again and I highly recommend.
