I was visited by two reps from international flooring. I explained that my water heater ruined ruined the carpet. I could not get the smell out. I cut out the carpet with the intent of getting it replaced. Measurements were taken and samples were brought to me to make aselection. I was given straight forward information which made the selection pretty easy. A young man came out to the house to take out the old and replace with the new. Thank you Dale for making our home Safe and great looking again. The pricing was affordable….money well spent. Thank you so much Mick Donnelly

FCI put in my carpets. I was very impressed. The sales process was easy and Courtney was very patient with my nervousness over picking a carpet color. The price for carpet installation was right in line with the other quotes I received. Additionally, I am doing a herringbone floor pattern in vinyl next week. We will see how that shakes out but I have a lot of faith in Jenon and team. There had been some miscommunication on floor prep and Jenon quickly came up with solutions and improvised.

I wanted to give a glowing review to Floor Coverings International. The Puyallup location has the absolute best customer service I could of ever asked for. We had them come out and do a floor for my grandmother. The floor turned out better then we expected for a very fair and reasonable price. Rena was great and easy to get a hold of and walked us through the whole process. After the appliances were hooked back up after installation there was a leak at a hose for the washing machine. When we called to report the problem. Wendi came out within the hour to help my grandmother replace the hose and address the leak. I would recommend this company to anyone as they took care of my grandmother the way I would. Please give them your business you will be happy with the whole experience.

Great price and more importantly, excellent service from start to finish. They replaced the dirty worn out carpet in our front waiting room and now it looks and smells fresh. My customers and staff have been more than happy!

Not the lowest price; however, the seri e was exceptional. Our job was not easy. In fact, I was horrible. The guys came in and knocked out the job quickly and professionally. They cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't be any happier.

Poor Rating is due to the business, not the installation. Dale was a great installer, efficient and kind. His work looked good and he got a big room done quick. BUT The poor review is due to the wrong carpet being installed. We ordered a darker grey carpet, and what was installed was a lighter version. When we called and had the original saleswoman come out to see in person, she verified that it was NOT the carpet we ordered. We were told that the version we ordered was in stock, and we would hear back from them soon to remedy the situation. 2 days later with no update, our contractor reached out and was told by the business that they had installed the correct carpet, and we would not be receiving the darker one they had in stock, contradicting what the saleswoman had confirmed earlier. We are left frustrated at the miscommunication, but are hopeful to work something out. If we can, the rating will go way up. Overall Dale rocks.
