"We had carpet installed by this company earlier this year. The installation team was professional, courteous, efficient, and did a fantastic job. The carpet looks beautiful, and the quality of their work is evident. What truly sets this company apart, however, is their commitment to customer service. Last week, we experienced a small water leak that affected a portion of the carpet. After drying everything out, we contacted the company to see if we could hire them to come out and stretch the carpet and tack it down again. We fully expected to pay for the service and were simply hoping they would be available to help. Not only did they quickly agree to help, but they came out and took care of it at no charge. It's easy to find a company that can install carpet; it's much harder to find one that genuinely cares about its customers long after the job is complete.
