Brain came to my home and took his time showing me options and after I made a decision helped me change the plan. The work did take a day longer than anticipated but that was this not a problem. After the project was done there an issue with one plank and the next day fixed. Wow! Amazing service. Signing the contract and payment process was easy. Communication with Brian and Stephanie was also easy, just a call or text away. A few things I wish I knew ahead of time that has to do with my ignorance related to home improvement and not with the flooring company. I wish I would have been prepared for how much dust that would be all over the house at the end of the project, the gapping between the trim and floors (I didn’t know this was normal and allows for the floor to expand with temp changes), bigger space between doors and flooring when going from carpet to LVP, and when going from carpet to LVP the sliding closet plastic holder secured to the floor would need additional height. So happy the team knew how to address this. I know it’s going to be a slow process to finally update my home and so happy we started with the floors. My home now feels brighter. Thank you Floor Coverings International and the wonderful intimation team! Sorry I don’t have better before pictures, so showing how dark the floors were before with my cute pup.

I’d highly recommend this business if you’re considering flooring. Brian spent a hour with us on initial consult answering all our questions, explaining the process at my home. He made sure we found the perfect carpet & sub flooring for ys. Installation was well done, and efficient. The quotes were very fair for quality work. 10/10.

Couldn't be happier with our new floors. From start to finish, the entire experience was excellent. The team was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. Added bonus - they were able to find flooring to match existing flooring in the house that was discontinued!

Great experience! Brian was quick to respond, highly knowledgeable and transparent, and clearly passionate about the work. He did a great job of explaining our options, explaining the pros and cons of every carpet we were considering, and of outlining the process/timeline to get our carpet done. Would recommend and will call him again when we have another project

Brian gave me a couple of estimates for tile & flooring. THEN he suggested I try coffee for an odor issue I was having in one of the rooms. Lo and behold that worked! Now I feel bad that I don't need him to do anything. Amiable guy with reasonable pricing willing to provide alternatives even if cost him a job. He made a great impression and I'll be reaching out next time I need work done. Highly recommended 👌

Brian and Stephanie Jackson were AMAZING to work with! I needed to update my mother's townhouse to put it on the market and they were prompt, helped me make quality, affordable choices for LVP and carpet. They accommodated my schedule and worked with the other contractors to create a beautiful, refreshed home that sold within 3 days of listing! I highly recommend Floor Coverings International.

We did a whole house including carpet, LVT and hardwood refresh. Everything was done on time and on budget as promised and looks beautiful. Brian was also a great resource for other local tradespeople whose help we needed for other parts of the project. We will definitely use FCI again on other properties!

We desperately needed new flooring in our office after years of wear and tear. International Floor Coverings was able to get the demo and install done in one weekend for us and we were back in business on Monday morning! Looks great too of course!
