Keith and Michele were most helpful in our decision process and implementation. Their crew showed up early and stayed late everyday for 7 days to strip old vinyl, grind and level concrete and apply the required coatings to prevent moisture wicking and then applied mortar, tile and grout with laser accuracy. They were organized , efficient and courteous. THE BEST TEAM OF CONCTRACTOR PROFESSIONALS WE HAVE EXPERIENCED. Thanks guys our new floors are beautiful.

Our family highly recommends Floor Coverings International. From the very start Erin helped us through the process of choosing a flooring that was best for our family. She was very patient and kind, always providing the best customer service. She was very quick at getting back to any questions or concerns that came up along the way and made this project a lot less stressful for us. Erin would also go out of her way to drop/ pick up samples from our house since we have such a busy schedule. Their Luxury Vinyl is what we ended up choosing and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Pablo and his team worked so efficiently putting the flooring in. They completed our house within a very quick time period and provided high quality work. The flooring and the baseboards came out beautifully and better than we could have imagined. We will definitely be going through this company again for future projects on our home. We trust them and their team. They have great integrity and are a wonderful company!

From the moment I met with Hamid the experience was effortless and smooth. The team who came out to do the work was professional, friendly and ensured everything was done correctly and to my liking. I cannot express how happy I am with the work that was done. Everything was explained throughly with no surprises or concern that went unanswered. I cannot recommend the team enough. WOW! So impressed by this company from start to finish on all levels. Recently moved into our new home and Needed all of their services. From new carpet, to repair work on cracked tile and damaged wood floor repair, to even matching up our pre-existing backsplash and install. We had a job taking out an old carpet in two small rooms and putting hardwood to match the adjacent kitchen and living room- we had a great experience with Nick and his guys from Floor covering International in Redmond - from the initial consultation to the end of project! their quote was detailed and clear, the price was middle ground but we definitely got our money’s worth! The lady in their Redmond office who help us with the stain color was helpful and very nice, the guys who came to do the job were on time, very hard working and professional ! You could tell from the way they approached the job that they loved what they did and took pride in doing a great job! they came through on all the finishes at the end, and were done a day earlier than planned ! They were also very careful in how they moved our furniture out and we had no issues! I highly recommend Nick and his guys!
