We had some difficult requirements for our replacement floor project and Mark at Floor Coverings International worked with us to find us the perfect product which has transformed our new home. Their choice of products, services provided and quality of the work is far superior to other flooring companies we have worked with in the past at previous homes. The removal of our old flooring had some challenges, which the team worked long hours to overcome and they were always friendly and cheerful. Our next project is to upgrade our floating staircases and we will be working with FCI again on this new challenging project!

I had Floor Coverings International replace flooring in my two bedrooms with LVP and oak stairs to my rooftop deck. The results are fantastic. They completed the two bedrooms in one day which was perfect. They had the stain on the oak treads and risers match my dark flooring. It’s a perfect match. The stairs are beautiful. I got a few quotes from different flooring companies. I ended up with Seattle International Flooring because I liked the products that they offered and Mark was a complete professional. I had a multitude of questions and he patiently answered them all in a timely manner. Because he is the owner of the company I trusted that he would do a good job. I like that I would be dealing with him directly if I had any issues or questions. I had carpet and LVP installed at my place and I’m very happy with the job. The floors look great. I had two details that came up and Mark addressed them quickly. I have another project coming up in which I’ll be working with Mark again. I highly recommend him and his company.

Mark Baldwin is an amazing manager. He kept all the aspects of our project flowing with no trouble. He answered all my questions right off and then any that came up quickly. He was always prompt to call me or text me as needed too. His product advice was informed and helpful. His team was hardworking and professional. We did flooring and tile in several rooms.
